Hi,

Welcome to this restorative guided meditation.

At the end of the session,

You'll feel refreshed,

Clear minded,

And energized so that you can handle any situation with compassion,

Fairness,

Dignity,

And grace.

To start,

Find a place to sit or lay down that provides distance from responsibility.

If you're at work,

Push your chair away from your desk or go into a different room.

And if you can,

Close the door,

Turn your phone off,

And eliminate any other distractions that may disturb you.

And when you're ready,

Sit up straight,

Sit up straight,

Plant your feet firmly on the ground,

Shake your hands out,

And then rest them on your knees or lap.

Move your neck gently to the left and right.

And now let's close your eyes.

We're going to start with three restorative breaths.

With each inhalation,

Breathe in deeply,

Deeply,

Filling your heart space with calmness,

Patience,

And healing energy.

And with every exhalation,

Release any tension,

Anxiety,

Or doubt that may be held in your body.

Let's take a deep breath in,

Holding it for a count of four,

Two,

And release.

Another deep breath in,

Holding it for a count of four,

Two,

Three,

Four,

And release.

And one last deep breath in,

Holding it in your heart space,

Two,

Three,

Four,

And release.

With your eyes remaining closed,

Notice how calmness has started moving through your body.

Notice that your heart is beating a little slower and that your breath is in a shallow.

Notice how the world seems more distant,

Perhaps softer,

Than it was just a moment ago.

Notice that your mind has opened a door to a place where stillness resides.

This is a place of quietude,

Where only the beauty and truth of who you are exists.

This is a safe place where you're the sculptor of a thousand inspiring moments.

It's the color of peacefulness,

And where happiness is soft blue and infinite.

This space of stillness is where desire and expression come together to create possibility.

It's the sound of ideas,

Solutions,

And hope.

This space that resides in you eternally is where creativity is released from your soul.

Let's breathe in,

And let's breathe out.

If the day gets busy again,

Just pause for a quick moment,

Breathe in,

And remember what this room looks like.

Remember the colors,

Remember the feelings of being here.

Remember that this place is where solutions are effortless,

And abundance flows with ease.

There's no conflict here.

This space awaits with patience and gratitude,

So that you can reconnect to yourself.

This is where your life is aligned with your truth.

This is where your best self is always at the table,

Ready and willing to accept the abundance and recognition that flows your way.

Where things are getting done at the right time,

And you're inspiring people along the way.

In this space,

Now and forever,

The universe is always working on your behalf.

Let's breathe in,

And let's breathe out.

And remember that this second,

This minute,

This hour,

This day,

This week,

This month,

This year,

This lifetime,

And every lifetime hereafter is going to be amazing,

And abundant,

And creative,

And joyful,

And full of peace,

Harmony,

And happiness.
