Hi.

Whatever you're doing,

Let's just stop.

Right here and right now.

Give yourself permission to be still.

Put your phone away and find a quiet place so together we can create a few minutes of stillness for you to regroup and get back in the game.

Calmer,

More relaxed,

And with the peace of mind needed to be the best version of you.

With your eyes closed,

Visualize in your hands is a switch that when turned off creates absolute stillness throughout the entire world.

No computers,

No people,

No noise,

No phones,

No meetings,

And no responsibility.

It's just perfect and peaceful.

The switch doesn't harm anyone.

It merely transports you to a quiet,

Undisturbed space to simply be.

Maybe the place is a beautiful island with only you and a gentle summer breeze.

Or maybe it's in the middle of a vast green forest with you swaying quietly on a hammock.

Or perhaps it's simply being in your favorite room that's filled with comfortable blankets and soft pillows.

And the best thing is that no one knows you're there.

Now take the switch and turn it off.

While in this quiet space we're going to take three rejuvenating breaths.

With each inhalation visualize yourself wrapped in the comforting arms of calmness.

You're happy here and you're ready to take on the day.

And with every exhalation keep releasing the desire to control situations that may create tension,

Anxiety,

Or pressure into your mind and body.

Let's take our first deep breath in and hold it for a count of four.

Two,

Three,

Four,

And release.

Another deep breath in,

Holding in your heart space for a count of four,

Two,

Three,

Four,

And release.

And one last deep breath in,

Holding for a count of four,

Two,

Three,

Four,

And release.

As you go through your day just remind yourself that if it starts that if it starts getting overwhelming,

Stop,

Flip the switch,

And transport yourself to a soothing place of quiet and peacefulness.

And always remember that this second,

This minute,

This hour,

This day,

This week,

This month,

This year,

This lifetime,

And every lifetime hereafter is going to be abundant,

Creative,

Full of solutions,

Joy,

And stillness.

Until next time.

Great voice. Perfect words to get me calm in the morning hours. The way you count in the breathing exercise made me smile. Intentional?
