You are worth it. Take one minute out of your busy day for a moment of calm and restoration. This guided meditation will help you recenter and destress by focusing on your breath with gentle guidance to keep focused through the entire minute.

For the next minute,

There is no need to do anything but pay attention to your breath.

This next minute is your time.

You are safe.

You are accepted.

You are loved.

Take a deep breath through your nose and feel the energy flowing in to recharge your body.

Savor this for a moment.

Exhale through your mouth,

Letting any stress or anxiety leave with it.

Come back to your breath's regular rhythm.

Feel how you naturally inhale and exhale with ease.

Feel how you continue to gain new energy with each breath.

Feel greater relaxation and ease sweep over your body with each exhale.

If you'd like,

Give your head a slow,

Gentle roll to the right or to the left.

Maybe give your shoulders a stretching roll forward or backward.

Continue to feel your energy grow and relaxation and ease deepen with each breath.

You are safe.

You are accepted.

You are loved.
