Exhale through your mouth,
Letting any stress or anxiety leave with it.
Come back to your breath's regular rhythm.
Feel how you naturally inhale and exhale with ease.
Feel how you continue to gain new energy with each breath.
Feel greater relaxation and ease sweep over your body with each exhale.
If you'd like,
Give your head a slow,
Gentle roll to the right or to the left.
Maybe give your shoulders a stretching roll forward or backward.
Continue to feel your energy grow and relaxation and ease deepen with each breath.
