And This Too I Offer To The Earth

So you might want to just get yourself, Get yourself all the way back to the back of your chair, Kind of straighten your spine comfortably, Find that spot for you. Take your tongue and place it on where your soft palate and your hard palate meet, And your mouth, And back. We're going to start by just finding our breath this morning. There's nothing you have to do in this moment, And there's nowhere you have to be in this moment, Just right here and right now. You might notice which nostril is the dominant one that you're breathing out of. Is it your right nadi, Where all the action lives, Or the left nadi, Where the peace is and the relaxation, Or maybe it's both. It's time to do the spiritual work. We're not trying to fix anything, We're just noticing. Notice any tension that you have in your body. Check your shoulders. Maybe roll around your head a couple times. Check your belly. Now is not the time to make your abs look good. Check your thighs and your hips, And just be. If you find any tension, You can breathe into that. And I want you to imagine a beautiful white light coming from above and hitting you right in the top of the head, And slowly, Ever so slowly, Pushing any negative energy, Any darkness, Out to where the earth supports you. Now this may be your feet, Maybe your seat, Or maybe both. The earth is always supporting you, Always holding you in her loving embrace. Feel any of that tension be released into the earth. As we just breathe, You may feel your roots spreading as we go along, That we all share. We breathe in, We breathe out. Anything that comes up for you, I invite you to say to yourself, And this too I offer the earth. We don't have to carry it. We can let it go, Let go of all the negative energy, All the charge. Feel that loving white light, And this too I offer the earth, And this too I offer the earth. I offer the earth the happy memories and the grief. So I am just a vessel of the white light, A beautiful space for life to show up, And this I offer the earth. I invite you to chat with me. Feel the vibration of a beautiful OM. As we slowly come back into our bodies, We remember. That we are creators. We create the life that we live by the thoughts that we think. That you are enough. That you are capable. You are loved.
