Lovely ones.

I'm so thrilled that you're having a little look at Insight Timer.

This really is a wonderful space for those who are wishing to expand their consciousness Open their awareness.

And bring into their lives more ease,

And grace.

There's so many teachers,

So many different modalities,

And we really can find a way to help nurture and encourage each other.

So I'm thrilled if you would explore some of the things that I have to offer.

My name is Joy Trascott.

I live in the beautiful little town of Plekkenburg Bay in South Africa.

And I love working with energy.

I have been an energy person my whole life.

When I was young,

I probably didn't understand it as well as I understand it now.

I'm able to tap into guidance with such ease and such clarity that sometimes I wonder which thought is mine and which is this that is coming in.

I use that ability,

That lovely gift every time I connect on a one-on-one or in groups so that I can receive an input guidance from a resource that is not known to me particularly,

Nothing that I've studied or tried to contrive or understand.

It simply is a download of information to help us so that we can start to shift our consciousness in doing that.

We find that we are able to step into this world with a little bit more ease,

Grace.

And that we can start to bring flow into our life.

Many of us are carrying energy blocks of pain and trauma,

Stories that have been locked into our family lines.

It truly is time for us to complete that cycle and that karmic pain.

This is the journey and this is the time and you,

My lovely,

Unique,

Delightful,

Sovereign being,

Are here to do something magnificent.

There is no mistake.

There is no coincidence.

You being here in this life and this journey is very purposeful.

For us to reconnect to that is one of my deepest gifts that I can bring to you.

There is this amazing commandment that I keep hearing and I hear it with a little wag of a finger coming as well.

Remember who you are.

When we remember who we are,

We can start to process our lives,

Our journey,

Our perceptions,

And recreate the structures around us in a very different way.

It's when we stay stuck in the mundane,

The predictable,

That things become very challenging for us.

So my lovelies,

The journeys that I create are truly inspired.

And I thank those of you who have already found me and connected.

I just love it that we have this community where we care for and love and honor each other.

This is a platform that has great integrity.

And for those who are true seekers,

This is the place for you to play.

I'm so grateful that we have each other.

We really are just walking each other home,

Aren't we?

So may you be blessed upon this journey.

Awakening your being,

And allow yourself to come back in the fullest,

Deepest expression of who you truly are,

A divine being of light and love.
