We want to hold these connections,

These very strong energy connections,

So that we can create an energy vortex,

Like a portal.

If we have a few of us holding this,

Then we can think about our energy coming in like the spokes of a wheel and coming to the center.

Then we must think about the center,

As we do this,

As being like this beautiful light energy that's just going right up and through and connecting in,

And then pulling down.

So we visualize that in your beingness here.

So you've got a very strong conduit to hold that feeling in you while we move in.

And then whatever it is that you are willing to bring healing to in you and those around you,

That becomes the energy for all those who are in the same space.

We're all vibrating pretty much the same stories,

But it's just showing up in different tones,

Different spaces.

So if you can just imagine that this is the space that we're connecting to the highest and into the earth and plugging in,

It's a commitment to being here.

And to being here and holding your space on this earth in the highest possible frequency that we can.

People who wobble,

Even though,

Even though,

You still just keep holding that space.

So we'll just try and focus on that.

As we go,

We'll just see what else we need to bring in to amplify that energy.

We think of all the busy that we've been doing,

The way our days and our lives go.

And we do all of this and then we come back to the center.

We think of us like busy little bees going out and doing and gathering,

Pollinating and connecting.

Then we come back to the hive.

This beautiful space that holds us where we are here together.

We see that for us,

We are holding a space,

A strong connection to the highest vibration we can hold at this time.

We're going to take a deep breath in.

A long,

Slow out-breath.

Feel like you can drop,

Drop into this moment.

Ask your mind,

Body and being to make this an absolute connection.

We think of holding the space,

Being held in it at the same time.

There is a presence,

An awareness,

A consciousness that's around each one of us.

Connected to the highest energy,

The vibration of pure light and love,

The divine.

Imagine if you can see that moving through you like you're opening up an energy portal to the top of your crown.

As you raise it up higher and higher.

See if you can connect into that space that would feel like perfect home,

Peace and grace.

If we could know this,

But when we stand in the space that is so clean and so bright and beautiful,

There's no stories,

There's no attachments,

Just a pure,

Clean connection.

Let yourself be breathed here.

Nothing to do.

The space that is so sacred that we wouldn't want to disturb it with one little ripple of anything.

So we stand in our awareness so absolutely still.

Smooth the skin on your beautiful face.

And as you do this,

Imagine that you begin to glow the energy around you.

From deep within,

This darling being is a light that shines.

Shine it out through you.

Imagine the space around you welcoming you into it.

Light connects with like light.

It is as if you merge into this beautiful space.

There is perfect peace here.

Soften your tummy,

Your awareness of you.

Feel the balance of your being.

If you can be very still,

It is as if you lose your sense of density.

We are asking that in this connection of our highest energy,

The awareness of ourself and our own delightful human being,

That we create these connecting points,

These conduits.

Bring your awareness back to this beautiful human you here in this space.

Feel immense compassion for your human self.

This darling one that is helping me to see and understand and perceive a human journey in such a unique,

Formidable,

Incredible way.

We can see through these eyes,

Hear through these ears,

Feel,

Taste,

Touch,

Smell,

Grow.

And then through the highest light of you,

Through this beautiful human you,

Imagine you can send down earth-grounding cord all the way down,

Down into Gaia.

You hold this space and be held here.

Drop all your weight,

All your burdens,

Your troubles,

Just drop it into the space.

This mind,

This body,

As you feel the connection to this beautiful human self,

The holding of you in the place,

The space of your life.

Imagine in your mind that you could turn around 360 degrees so slowly and gaze upon all the beings who are part of your life.

We would see our treasures,

Our family connections,

Our precious friends,

Those with whom we work and play.

We would see thousands upon thousands of souls gathering around us,

Connected to us,

Because we made a connection with them.

Surprisingly,

There are even those very subtle connections that were almost not at all.

The person who walked past us,

The one who smiled at us as they drove past.

We are connected to every single soul.

We can hold our space in this awareness,

Knowing that every soul will be who they will be in their journey,

Their commitment,

Their intricately interwoven divine design.

And all of that has got nothing to do with us,

Except to hold the space of possibility and grace for them and ourself at the same time.

See that circle of your connections getting wider and wider in your awareness,

Going back into your childhood,

Moving over a space of time,

Past lives,

Old journeys,

Memories.

Don't stop anywhere.

Just imagine it like a ripple opening in a pond.

The existence of the soul has known and gathered through time immense awareness.

You can gather up all of this,

The consciousness of us growing up and becoming.

You gather it right now and bring it right back to your heart,

Your soul,

This being.

And you hold it like the most precious gift ever.

I know when we acknowledge every step,

Every breath and every beat of our heart,

Every journey that has ever been,

We can hold this as a gift of awareness.

We stand here in awe of the mighty journey that it has been.

And we see this beautiful one that feels a little battered,

Shattered,

So exhausted,

So overstimulated.

For this dear one,

We place our arms around our being.

You did well.

You've known a lot.

Well done.

Well done.

You've gathered information,

Awareness.

You've gathered consciousness.

What a wonderful traveler you are.

We could be terrified of ourself and what we've done and been,

How we've resonated in the world.

If we knew that we had nothing else except just multiple lives,

Journeys and awarenesses,

If it was just some random nothing event.

When we know thyself,

We know the self is connected to some other great divine design.

We are one perfect drop,

Dropping into this matrix of awareness.

We know ourself as this.

Then the gift of all accumulation becomes our greatest gift.

Hold that in you now with so much love and kindness to you.

It would be impossible to shame or blame or disregard this being,

To push away a story that looked a little painful in a journey when we didn't do our very best.

Yet there it is.

We understand now that every step and every breath has been so that we can become.

We don't disregard one thing,

Push it away and hide it away from ourselves.

We start to see all of humanity in the same light right now.

Behaving and performing,

Not so charming.

The gathering of awareness.

See if you can stand here right now with such a lightness in your heart and soul.

The understanding of an ancient traveler.

With the energy of a gracious one,

And slowly this ring of light begins to move over your body.

That there is a place where your being seems to hesitate and wait there.

And let the light of this beaming,

Light-rotating energy heal that part of you.

Swirl the energy in the circle of light.

You stand right in the center like the eye of a storm.

Where we swirl this energy,
