Perhaps it is time for us to let something go, so that we can open the door for something else and we give ourselves permission to grow beyond that point of pain.

Let's allow ourselves to come into this lovely sanctuary of light and love,

Peace and healing.

We ask that we can bring healing,

Wellness,

Flow,

Ease to this beautiful mind,

Body,

Being.

Give ourselves this time to rest,

Relax,

To let go.

And feel the space that you're in right now is holding you.

Feel safe,

Loved,

Held.

Feel a deep sense of peace in your being,

Quietness,

Stillness.

We thank this body for allowing us to be still now for a little while.

And we ask our mind to come into agreement with that.

That I can be still and quiet and relaxed,

Calm,

At peace.

I rest into this space and feel the beautiful breath of life coming in and through me.

And I breathe out and I relax and release and let go.

We feel that we are in a beautiful rhythm of life,

Breathing into this body.

Welcoming into our own being,

A stream of life force energy.

And as we breathe it into the body,

We can feel that it begins to nourish this body.

Whatever we're seeing in our mind's eye,

Colours and swirling and whatever you're seeing is your entire being participating.

Giving you the visual sensory integration of what it is that you are sensing as your human being.

And what you're connecting into as your energy being.

And we're so grateful that we can know both of these awarenesses of ourself.

We can know ourself as our human being and we can know ourself as this beautiful energy being.

We ask now in the place where we rest that we can honour this human being and find ourselves coming into a place of deep compassion and kindness for our human.

Knowing that everything that we have had to connect and collide into has been so that we would become aware of and then mindful and then choose.

Think about everything that has been part of your life,

Every experience,

Every encounter.

Ask now that for your beautiful human being you can see it in greater perspective.

That those situations that came in,

Those behaviours,

Those relationships were all absolutely perfect.

As difficult as they were,

They were perfect because they gave your human self a picture that you could see and know and feel in such a tangible way.

So that this beautiful heart of yours could ask itself what would I choose?

Is this what I would choose with all my heart and my soul?

Or this behaviour,

This interaction,

Would it be something that I would never wish for those who are still to come in my life?

When we stop and ask this question,

We become mindful and we can so deeply appreciate the experience that we allowed to come in.

We get the message and the gratitude in that is immense.

The mindfulness helps us to remember who we are.

The divine heart that chooses for something else helps us to remember who we are.

We are divine beings of light and love and this journey is a journey to remember,

To remember who we are.

This divine being,

We bring in these beautiful tones,

Feeling the connection into the heart.

We connect into the divine heart.

The heart that has been ever-present in every heartbreaking,

Heart-expanding situation.

The divine heart is the heart that can discern so that we can choose.

Awaken your divine heart.

Feel as if you can rest deeply into this beautiful human body.

We let go of all the streams of chaos and confusion that we carry in our energy field.

We ask the body to rest deeply so that we can connect into the divine heart deeper and deeper into this beautiful being.

We feel the connection and we make the connection,

Mind-body-being reconnecting to who we truly are.

We are the very breath of the divine.

Let this beautiful energy be around you now.

Feel a sense of peace and calm within your being.

Relax your body.

Send a message of love to every particle of your being,

Every cell,

Bone,

Nerve tissue,

Every telomere,

A lovely coaching session, tuning into the deepest self and gently holding space for the healing tones to work their magic. Seeing my human being from a higher perspective. Loved this; will play over and over. Shame the ending is abrupt but I was already so relaxed all was fine
