Here we are in a sacred space bringing in the highest vibration of light and love that we can hold at this time.

Let's take a deep breath my lovely long slow out-breath drop drop drop it to this moment.

We're so grateful that we can hold this message this being this moment and the journey that we're in sacredly in a way that is filled with light and love willingness allowing trusting.

Let your whole body resonate that energy this adoration for this human vehicle that is able to carry us we can speak and see and smell taste and hold touch enjoy life feel the connections with life through this vehicle we honor it so absolutely and ask this whole energy being mind body being to drop drop into this moment fall back into the wings of angels we feel the surrender release allowing trusting soften your tummy feel the balance of your body and the left and the right center your energy right to your center your solar plexus we open our heart and we send a message to the center of our being that this life is to be fulfilled and completed that i am to be within my divine and sacred agreement and that there will be a completion in this life journey and whatever it is that i am to leave as an imprint welcome that in now we have the sense that when we take our very last breath there will be an awareness that we are done a deep gratitude a surrendering a letting go let your mind and your body experience that now as if this was your last breath we just release and go oh i did it i showed up i held the space whatever is to unfold because of what i've left as an imprint may it be truly magical profound beautiful may it be received for those who are still to come a guiding light maybe all of this that we can leave is only energy this beautiful body will no longer be but the essence the energy will the legacy of our being will continue whatever stable stuff that we create as our humans that holds it and contains it for a while but beyond that an energy imprint remains it's like a perfume a fragrance that is in the air when we plant that in now we leave a sweetness when we know the end point and we can see ourselves at that point then we know the point where we are right now we deeply love and honor respect this mind body even being for traveling with us for helping us to see perceive and understand all the connections the collisions nothing's a mistake all the ways we have bumped and collided with others nothing is a mistake everything is a point of awareness waking us up in some way to bring relief and release deep healing to that signal we cannot feel it we cannot heal it thank your being now for every single connection that you've ever known and feel a deep calm and sweetness thank your being for being so brave so determined so stubborn so thoughtful loving and gracious forgiving and kind thank your being for being strong see all the aspects of you like a diamond with many facets and every single connection every nuance part of the divine orchestration and you find a peace within you now there is nothing to feel ashamed of no need to hold any blame or anger guilt hatred sadness we allow ourselves to be in the space we've been playing a role that has been orchestrated in a certain way so that we could play it out this way we acknowledge that we know stuff because we're willing to have this life to feel all the impact points of life and see this vehicle as this being that can truly understand soften your being even more we're asking now that we can release let go and eliminate all the pain points that have been known in your family line that have been expressed in your own life in one way or another and we're so very grateful that they have not been so immensely devastating as to cripple you that you have so much capacity capabilities still within you just enough for us to understand and connect stand within that thought now we're asking that we can release and let go all the blaming and the shaming the dread and the foreboding all the stories of pain that we assimilated into our being all the self-judgment self-persecution that we have loathed and pushed upon us just know that you know stuff and that's the only reason why we are ever in a disagreement with ourself because we know better because we are of the light we are the very breath of the divine every interaction every bump every collision is so that we can know feel an absolute calmness now at the center of your being that i know i felt i've perceived i've understood i know this body absolutely now imagine that you can see within you one perfect cell tiny little orb of light we imagine that that one perfect cell holds the god code the magnificence of who you are untainted by all life journeys that is the essence of you and structured around us are all the other aspects that we need to understand ourselves as humans in a very dense reality in this time space in all the historic points of being we have so much information embedded in this being but there is one perfect cell that is absolutely clear and uncontaminated no imprints no stories no pain just pure light pure love feel that connection we're so grateful we've never forgotten we've never been forgotten we've never been lost we've never been alone i am the very breath of the divine in the absolute and the stillness of this moment with all my heart and all my soul i stand within that one perfect drop of light bring your whole consciousness into it now just breathe and relax feel as if as you settle in like settling into a bath that's a little bit hot first you slowly allow yourself to become immersed you lie down and the warmth envelops you the comfort the whole body is soothed and calm we clear our brow relax our jaw smooth the skin on your beautiful face drop all the tension through your spine into your hips down down to the tips of your toes shoulders relax the skin smooths itself and we're lying in such a beautiful soft relaxed state remember what it's like to be lying in a vast body of water to put your head right back and feel the warmth the light the sunshine upon you feel the coolness of the water beneath you remember what it's like to float to trust this beautiful stuff water that we can barely hold in our hands can hold and support our whole body when we trust relax and float when we do that we are held right between these incredible different contrasting elements the warm the dry the sun the light the wet the cool the water the liquid know thyself right between that is exactly who we are and how we're showing up in our human this being that can be right between two spaces heaven and earth holding the essence the light the love the desire for peace and harmony grace kindness compassion collaboration we know something we are receiving it all the time through this being it becomes available to those who are with us imagine that this light that is now pouring into you as you're floating relaxing this warmth is touching the coolness that it's hard to know where the edge is where one begins and the other ends they seem to merge in a perfect dance and you hold yourself right here in the space between there is nothing we have to do to make ourselves be here floating held the air and the life force is being breathed into us our heart is beating and right now there is nothing you have to do to hold you to maintain you to show up to perform in any way more relaxed we are the easier it is to float the easier it is to breathe to feel the buoyancy to feel held supported by this liquid it's an impossible situation if we could rest so absolutely into this imagine then that we can no longer discern what is the liquid and the cool the weight and no longer distinguish if we're in that or the air the warm the dry you just rest here that we are no thing no story in the space is a complete emptying out of all our pain and despair every story that we've ever known through all time i release let go eliminate relax deeply just breathe and relax i am being held we can feel ourselves merging into all that is no attachment no history no story that we simply are we are being held in the arms of pure light love and grace when we know ourself know thyself as the very breath of the divine the awareness of this mind this body and this being the ability to hold ourselves return home to allow ourselves to come back into our wholeness let this peace now envelop you in the no thing no story feel that peace in the mind the body and the being no attachment no story it's a clearing and an easing away i hold a space now one perfect cell of light as the code the blueprint the holder of a god code i hold this for my entire line backwards and forwards in the no time that there be peace for all life there be calm love grace compassion ease kindness oneness we experience it within us now asking every cell in this being to reconnect into that bathe your entire being as this light orb this perfect cell begins to grow and soon you see your entire being enveloped in that one beautiful light the oneness an orb of perfect light we are well we are strong we are beautiful we are here on a mission we are aware that we have a life and a body and many people with whom we are to connect but all the time we are the very breath of the divine the surrendering of our own story that links us to all the stories all the history we release and let it go we let go search your being is there anything you cannot forgive feel a color bathing you now as you gaze up to your third eye going to every memory within your being mind body being to every cell clear and cleanse and release every single memory every imprint every thought impression every nuance just release it with the most beautiful healing light i'm seeing this incredible blue purple light opening up around you make your whole body be immersed in that and transmitting it now there is nothing we cannot forgive or love the grace the peace that passes understanding the love of all that is i hold it now whatever i can do in this life whatever i can bring in through this being may that grace that love compassion may it become may it be an awakening signal that touches the minds bodies and the beings of those who are to be ignited in the space now may the light initiate and hold inspire and uplift upgrade transform all the beings who are hovering and waiting for us to step into that next vibrational field no clutter no story no story search again through your field is there anything you cannot release just search through does anything come to mind if it does is bathed with this incredible light so that i can know so that i can hold the space so that feel the divine orchestration and every single connection breathe it in and through so much love here asking now that we can rest deeply heal completely we thank this beautiful mind this body and this being for being able to hold a space to receive the gifts the awareness whatever it is that we can create while we in the form whatever we can bring through into transformation because we're here in a form may that be and may this beautiful form be healthy strong vibrant and clear so that the message and the signal that is transmitted is the purest the highest vibration of light and love there are no distortions within it no messy signals just pure light and love we radiate this out and around now see yourself in your entire field your beautiful part of your crystallous floating being allowing trusting the heart open with radiant light the pathway that lies ahead of you now in our highest commitment our agreement to show up to be our most excellent being that we can be here now for the rest of this life journey that I will be loved held supported guided just as I float fly rest so the deepest assurance will be known to me lovely you whole body soft gentle calm beautiful as you hold this energy now we send a message to our guides angels and divine presence thank you for being so close help me to know to see to feel and to hear whatever it is it will help me along every step every breath and every beat of my heart be close to me help me in every single step guide me encourage me help me we know that we have a team of inspired light beings we welcome them into our life so that we can fulfill our divine and sacred agreement complete it completely wonderful wonderful you take a deep breath in and as you breathe out become aware of where you are in this body feel held where you are resting you can tune into the time of the day the season the year the temperature and think of all those who are your immediate family friends and loved ones we radiate unconditional love to them may all life be healed the water the oceans the rivers the streams may all the earth be healed the rocks the mountains the ice the crystals the deep bed rock may the air be healed clean pure light life force all the creatures and all the plants and all the beings that are
