Welcome and thank you for being here.
Begin by finding a comfortable relaxed position either seated or lying down.
Close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Allow yourself to become more and more relaxed.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Repeat that two more times.
Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
And one last time.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Settle into your space even more.
Turn your gaze inward and gently scan your body from the bottoms of your feet to the top of your head.
Notice where your breath is moving freely and where it is more constrained.
Send your breath to any place where you find tension or discomfort.
As you inhale,
Release any unwanted sensation that you find.
As you exhale,
Allow it to fully exit your body.
Lengthen your breath so it is slower and deeper than usual.
You may inhale to the count of three or four and exhale to the count of five or six.
Allow the breath to be calm and relaxed.
Inhale to the count of three or four and exhale to the count of five or six.
Each exhale helps you to become more and more relaxed.
Inhale slowly and deeply and exhale slowly and deeply.
When you're ready,
Focus your attention on the area of your heart.
Imagine that you can connect to your loved ones through your heart center.
Remain open to this connection.
Tune in and sense their presence with you.
As your heart reaches out to them,
Their heart reaches back to you.
You may see a telephone wire or other energetic cord pulling the two of you closer together.
As your hearts connect,
You notice your loved one recognizes you and begins to move in your direction.
They come closer and closer to you.
This fills you with emotion.
As they arrive,
You notice their eyes and expression on their face.
You begin to take in every detail about them.
What they are wearing,
How they are feeling,
And their overall health and well-being.
You are delighted they are with you and you both greet one another.
They tell you they want to take you to a special place.
A place where you will feel safe,
Loved,
And other positive renewing feelings.
This brings you great excitement and satisfaction.
Your loved one invites you to come along and you happily join them.
You begin your journey together.
You feel so grateful to be with them right now.
Eventually you arrive at this special place and take some time to look around.
You enjoy taking in your surroundings.
You notice a sitting area nearby and invite your loved one to sit with you.
They are happy to do so and tell you there is something that they want you to know.
They share this wisdom with you and you are able to receive it.
You thank them and ask them a question that's been in your heart.
They answer clearly and easily.
You're grateful for the answer and will keep this wisdom with you.
You can tell that they have one more thing to share with you now and you ask them what it is.
Their response fills your heart with love and gratitude.
They let you know it's time to go and offer a gift they've had with them this whole time.
You receive the gift and thank them for their time,
Their kindness,
And their visit.
You stand and face one another.
