Hello and welcome to this Energetic Renewal Meditation.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down.

Gently draw your awareness inward.

Begin to focus your attention on the area of your heart.

Allow your breath to be slower and deeper than usual.

Find a breathing pattern that's comfortable for you here.

Then imagine something or someone that you care a lot about.

Really tune in to the care that you have for this thing or this person.

Really feel this care radiate from your heart out through all parts of yourself.

Then take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Stretch comfortably and move your body in any way that feels good to you.

Return to this practice over and over to help you feel less fatigued and more energized.
