This meditation guides you through each of the 7 major chakras or energy centers in the body, starting with the root chakra. We will connect to the earth's center and draw the light from the earth up to each of the energy areas of the body. You'll feel grounded, peaceful, and calm throughout this meditation. Return to this practice for 10 days to experience the positive and calming effects of chakra grounding.

Hello,

And welcome to this guided meditation on grounding through the chakras.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down.

Take a nice,

Deep inhale through the nose,

And exhale,

Sigh it out.

Do that twice more.

Nice,

Deep inhale,

And exhale fully through the mouth.

And receive a nice,

Wonderful,

Deep breath in,

And exhale.

Sigh it out and let it go.

And then begin to imagine your sits bones connected into the earth.

Follow these roots down into the core of the earth,

Where you find a bright,

Warm,

White light.

On your next inhale,

Imagine this white light traveling up into your root chakra,

Into your base.

And then exhale,

Release down through your root,

Into the core,

To the light,

Any stress,

Worries,

Or fears you may have.

On your next inhale,

Inhale the white light up through your roots,

Through your root base,

Into the sacral area,

Your sacral chakra.

And then exhale and release any stresses,

Any concerns,

Back down through the roots,

And through the earth's core,

Until you find the white light again.

On your next inhale,

Inhale the white light up through your root system,

Through your sacral,

All the way up into the solar plexus area,

Near your belly button.

And then exhale and let go of any stress,

Through the solar plexus,

Down through your sacral,

Through your root base,

Into the roots of the earth,

All the way down to the core,

Where you find more light.

Inhale,

Bring this light up through your root,

Through the sacral area,

Through your solar plexus,

This time up into your heart.

And exhale and release down through the heart,

Through the solar plexus,

Through your sacrum,

Through your root,

Into the earth's core,

Where you meet the bright white light.

Inhale and bring the white light with you up through your root,

Your sacral,

Solar plexus,

Heart,

And into the throat area in your neck.

And then exhale and release through the throat,

Heart,

Solar plexus,

Sacral,

And root,

All the way back into the earth,

Where you'll find the white light again.

Inhale this white light energy up through your root,

Through the sacral,

Through the solar plexus,

Through your heart,

Your throat,

And into the third eye area,

Located between your eyebrows.

And then exhale and release from the third eye to the throat,

The heart,

The solar plexus,

The sacral,

And the root,

Following the earth deep,

Deep,

Deep,

Back into the core until you find the white light once again.

Then inhale this white light up through your root,

Through your sacral energy area,

Through your solar plexus,

Your heart,

Your throat,

Your third eye,

And up to the crown on top of your head.

And then exhale and release through your crown,

Your third eye,

Your throat,

Your heart,

Your solar plexus,

Your sacral,

And your root,

All the way into the earth and into the white light.

Offer gratitude for the white light that is in the earth and all around you and every chakra that you have in your body,

Each of these seven major energy centers.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Stretch and move in any way that's comfortable to you,

Any way that feels best in this moment.

Return to this practice for 10 days to help yourself feel more balanced and grounded in all areas of your life.
