Be that the feeling,

The knowing,

The glimmer of hoping it all adds up.

But even if not so,

Be that as it is because any way of you being is better than not.

Thank you for being here with me today.

Thank you for showing up for yourself.

You are so much more than you think you are.

You are everything and everything is you.

Now get yourself comfortable.

You can sit cross-legged or on a chair with your feet flat on the ground.

Keep your back tall and proud but without strain.

So maybe allow for a very slight tuck of your chin to release any tension on your neck.

You can keep your hands on your thighs or allow for your hands to gently touch in your lap.

Take a deep breath and softly,

Softly close your eyes.

Relax your frame and let your body get heavy,

Heavy,

Heavy.

Take a deep breath now.

And again.

Pull up on your inhale and just pause here for a few seconds before you release and exhale.

Let your breath anchor you into this moment.

In.

Out.

Right here.

In.

Right now.

Out.

Let your breath guide you home.

In.

Out.

Let it fill your body with peace and ease.

In.

Out.

Feel yourself landing into being.

In.

Out.

Breathe.

Let go.

Release the core.

Just notice your body responding like a sigh of relief.

Ah.

There you are.

Please stay.

All you need to do is being truly you.

And baby,

You are beautiful.

It's so easy to get caught up,

To forget.

That the only truth is that.

In this moment.

Right here.

Right now.

You are here.

This is you.

Nothing more.

Nothing less.

And so it is.

Now just sit here for a while.

And breathe into belonging.

In your being.

Your essence.

Your beautiful light.

Just as you are.

Right now.

Chant chas tv.

And when you feel ready,

Gently start moving your fingers.

Wiggle your toes.

Roll your shoulders.

Gently move your head from side to side.

Allow for a soft movement of your waist from side to side.

And release some of that beautiful presence from your spine.

And when you are ready,

Softly,

Softly open your eyes.

You are here,

You are home.
