So maybe allow for a very slight tuck of your chin to release any tension on your neck.
You can keep your hands on your thighs or allow for your hands to gently touch in your lap.
Take a deep breath and softly,
Softly close your eyes.
Relax your frame and let your body get heavy,
Heavy,
Heavy.
Take a deep breath now.
And again.
Pull up on your inhale and just pause here for a few seconds before you release and exhale.
Let your breath anchor you into this moment.

Right here.

Right now.
Out.
Let your breath guide you home.
In.
Out.
Let it fill your body with peace and ease.

Feel yourself landing into being.

Breathe.
Let go.
Release the core.
Just notice your body responding like a sigh of relief.
