Let's begin by getting even more relaxed and settled where you are,
Feeling the sensations in your body,
Aware of your breathing,
Feel each breath going in and out,
Keeping your breath natural at its own rhythm and pace,
Connecting inside going inside yourself,
Sitting here with yourself,
Feeling how strong your body is,
Listening for your body's messages,
Continuing to breathe deeply and comfortably,
Staying with your breath,
Feeling love within,
Feeling healing within,
Feeling gratitude within,
Continue sitting in meditation,
Experience this present moment,
Relax even more,
Feeling love for yourself flow from the top of your head all the way down,
The love goes across your entire body,

Into your legs,
Right down to your feet,
You are full of love,
Love lives here,
This body operates from a place of love,
This love continues to circulate throughout your body,
Now your mind is at ease,
Your muscles are loose,
Your face is relaxed,
