I am standing here in a new day. I notice my feet as I ground myself. I notice my face and my eyes and my expression as I look in the mirror. Aware of this moment fully present here. I am alive. I am an intelligent and capable being. I'm worthy of love, Health, And good things. Whatever happens or doesn't happen for me, My personal worth and value are already 100%. I belong to me. I can look honestly and lovingly at myself. I like who I am. I like where I'm at. I like where I'm headed. Nothing is stopping me but myself. I release and let go of all that doesn't serve me. Of everything that doesn't belong in my life. I hear what my needs are. I say what my needs are. And I give myself what I need. My needs are okay. My self-talk is working for my higher good. My needs are okay. They're part of who I am. I am clear on what I truly want today. I protect and value my energy throughout this day. Opportunities rise to meet me. I release the stories I make up in my head. My life isn't mine when I'm obsessed with what others think of me. I stand in my affirmations and self-love. I am human, And all humans struggle. I am responsible for loving and caring for myself. That means my mind, Body, And spirit. It's not just what I do today, It's how I do it. I am learning and devolving. I am growing and developing new skills, Abilities, And habits. I live in my purpose. I listen for what will help me throughout this day. I practice this awareness. I am not my circumstances. I am my possibilities. I manage where my attention goes, And where my attention stays. Everyone has their path and their journey. I embrace my unique path and journey. I am grateful for the person that I am looking at. I am grateful that I am in control of my time, Money, And energy. I am creating my life. I am creating my dreams. I am creating my future. I am grateful for my health, And that I can live as the authentic me. I am showing up as the real me today. I am giving it what I've got, Knowing I'm doing my best. I've got a lot to do, But in all of it, I am creating my life. I am creating my dreams. And I am creating my future.
