I know how fearful and anxious I can get when it comes to flying.

I have a plan in place to prevent motion sickness.
I download the movies,
Shows,
Or podcasts that I need to,
So I have them ready.
I make sure I bring the music,
Books,
Magazines,
Or activities that will keep me occupied.
I gather positive information.
I collect positive thoughts.
I connect with the crew and even share with them what I need.
I practice relaxation techniques if they are helpful for me.
I practice visualizing scenes of joy and fulfillment for me.
I get mindful and can squeeze my own hand for comfort or the hand of someone with me.
I am handling this with care,
With love,
And with clarity.
I have the tools,
Skills,
And abilities to get through this.
I am grounded.

I am comfortable.
I keep my tools,

And abilities close.
I use them as I care for myself.
