I'm taking the time now to open up space, Setting aside all that hasn't happened for me yet, All I'm still working on, And everything I haven't even started yet. I take this time to look back and see how I've come so far. I've overcome struggles. I've smoothed out conflicts. I've grown so much. Things that used to eat at me, I now notice them, And that's it. Ways I used to react and freak out, I now have this ease and calm. I love it. What used to set me off for the rest of the day, Now truly is no big deal. It's me. I've grown. I've learned. I've matured. And I honor that. I celebrate that. I'm grateful for all the dreams that are now a reality for me. I am here now, And I am better than before. I've set goals, And yeah, There were times things got messy and muddy, But I got there. When it comes down to it, I've changed. For the better, Because I've learned lessons, I've made changes, I put in the effort to grow and to be better. I've overcome so much. I need to remember that. Where I used to live in darkness, I now live in light. I found a home in myself, And I will continue investing in my relationship with myself. I continue to reflect and allow release, Healing, And insight to do their thing. I am open to more growth, More healing, More transformation. I believe in myself. I believe in my power to reach new heights. I am thankful for this new and powerful me. I know myself so well. I know where I shrink and hide. I know where I rise and have taken the leap of faith. I know where I choose change. I know where I choose pain. And today, I'm getting even more honest with myself. I'm connecting with my power to own my life, Own my decisions, And own my results. I look behind the excuses. I reflect on beliefs that are actually lies I keep telling myself. I point out exactly where I hold myself back. And I toss the excuses that hold me back. I let go of the excuses that I keep playing over and over. I release the excuses that keep me from owning my actions and owning my dreams. I use my courage to face a deeper reality. I am open to uncomfortable truths about myself. I am okay with honesty. I am getting comfortable with all parts of me. I am taking my masks off. I look closer at what I've been covering up. I let the truth flow freely. I embrace myself with love and compassion. I'm in a safe space to be honest. I'm in a safe zone to process what I need to. I embrace myself on a new level. I love myself with more acceptance than ever before. I feel new connections forming inside. There's so much honesty here. There's so much love and peace here too. I'm getting honest with myself and I am growing in love. I sometimes struggle so much with accepting myself. I catch myself resisting who I am and what makes me, Me. I find myself focusing on what I want to reject about myself. I am who I am. My relationship with myself is one I always have with me. How I talk to myself shapes the life that I live. I am human and I am evolving. I have grown through challenges. I have grown through pain. I have grown through struggle. I am learning and growing with each experience in my life. I am developing and improving with every problem I face and solve. I am transforming and evolving with each season that comes. I am evolving in my mind, Beliefs, And opinions. I am evolving in my words, Actions, And decisions. I am evolving with my time, Energy, And relationships. I am growing in my ability to make great decisions for myself and my life. I am evolving in how I save and spend my time. I am evolving in how I save and spend my money. I am evolving in how I save and spend my energy. I am continually evolving. I am evolving in my skill of discipline. I am evolving in my skill of self-care. I am evolving in my skill of adapting. I continue to learn, Grow, And evolve every day, Month, And year. I am evolving. I embrace how I am continually evolving. I embrace my ongoing transformation. I am evolving. I love myself. And I love myself as I evolve. I've gotten really used to criticizing myself. I know myself and the parts of me that I'm not happy with. Dark places and spaces that I can go to when I'm stressed. It's a big change for me to start appreciating myself instead of judging myself. I do deserve time to appreciate myself. I am worthy of making the effort to be grateful for who I am, What I've been doing, And how I live. I wonder what it would be like to acknowledge myself in a good light. I'm thankful for how I don't give up. I'm thankful for how I help myself. I'm thankful for how I've learned to persevere and get through hard times. I am grateful for the person I am. I am grateful for how I show up for myself and others. I'm grateful for how I listen to my needs and care for myself. I appreciate my strength. I appreciate my resiliency. I appreciate my heart. I'm so thankful for the choices I've made to help me. I'm so thankful for the people I've chosen to be in my support system. I am so thankful for the boundaries I've set on my time, Attention, And energy. I am grateful for how I face stress. I am grateful for how I release stress. I am grateful for how I manage stress. I appreciate my strength. I appreciate my resiliency. I appreciate my commitments to myself. I am so thankful for how I've learned to help myself, Care for myself, And give to myself. I appreciate what I've done for me. And I appreciate me. It's tough facing wounds, Hurts, And pain. I open myself up to healing. My health and healing matters. I matter. And I am releasing beliefs that have held me down. And now embracing beliefs that build me up. I am healing. I am healing old wounds and hurts and pain. I am a survivor. I am strong. I am powerful. I am giving myself space to heal. And I am healing. I am worthy of this healing. I am healing in myself. I am healing in my cells. I am healing in my soul. I am growing as I heal. I am patient as I heal. I am gentle with myself as I heal. I notice the healing. I acknowledge what healing feels like, Looks like, And sounds like. I acknowledge that healing is a part of my life. I am comfortable with healing. I open myself to healing inside and out. I am healing in mind, Body, And spirit. I embrace the healing. I accept this healing. I am absorbing this healing.
