I watch my behaviors and reactions transform.

I am safe.

I am safe now.

I am comfortable with the uncomfortable.

With peace,

And with ease.

I practice affirmations when I am overwhelmed.

I can handle this.

I see myself sinking down,

Positive affirmations with hope,

And validation are always near me.
