I invite you now to close down your eyes and get as comfortable as possible so you're able to switch off over the next couple of minutes.

Let your thoughts fade away with the beautiful rain you can hear in the background.

Just allowing them to flow away,

To stream down the stream of water.

Not needing to fight them and resist them.

Just accepting them and letting them go.

Same with how you're feeling.

Just accepting it and full acceptance.

This is where you are right here,

Right now and it's perfectly fine.

Starting by noticing your breath coming in and out,

Allowing it to naturally flow in and out.

Not feeling the need to control or change your natural cycle of breath.

Simply noticing it.

Breathing in light,

Expelling any tension or density within your body space.

And light energy out.

All the tension and any negative energy currently circulating your field.

As you notice your body sitting here in time and space,

Laying here in time and space.

Just feeling it coming back into its natural state of neutrality,

Peace,

Bliss maybe even.

Just taking this time to appreciate you taking this time out.

Just the beauty of nature,

The beauty in your life,

Beauty in you.

The feelings of gratitude arise.

Feel it in your heart,

Open your heart space now.

Breathing in and out.

Just really acknowledging yourself,

How far you've come.

Where you're at here and now.

Feeling proud of your progress and continuing to show up for yourself.

Just spreading that love energy now cultivated in your heart space.

It's going down,

Down your legs and your toes and your feet,

Up your shoulders,

Neck and back.

Down your shoulders,

Your fingertips,

Rolling up and around your neck,

Your head,

Top of your head,

Your crown.

Your awareness in your body.

When you're ready,

Coming back into the room,

Into this space of here and now,

Opening your eyes.
