Good on you for tuning in to create a few moments of stillness.
So starting by sitting or laying somewhere comfortably where you can close yourself off from the outside world for a few moments.
Feels safe to do so.
Just starting by simply observing your current state,
Observing your breath,
Shallow or deep,
Quick or slow breath.
Simply observing without judgment,
Observing your thoughts.
Are they loud,
Intrusive and busy or are they slow and still or somewhere in between?
Just simply observing.
Now observing the energy in your body,
Your emotion,
How are you feeling?
And just simply labeling without judgment.
Just stating a fact and just tuning in to the frequency,
The vibration,
The sensation of that emotion.
Does it have a color,
A temperature?
Where do you feel it in your body?
Now we are going to wrap up by focusing our attention on space.
Just pure space.
And in doing so you will notice that your thoughts slow down or stop.
So you're simply just focusing on space,
Pure consciousness.
All that is,
All that we truly are.
As you observe a plant,
Flower,
Tree in nature they simply just are firmly rooted in the earth.
And just be feeling that connection of pure consciousness.
We are interconnected.
May nature remind us of our true nature,
Our true essence.
And just concluding by coming back into the body,
Noticing the body,
Coming into the heart space,
Feeling the warm heart,
The seat of the soul,
Who you are beyond your human body.
Coming back to your breath and taking the stillness back into your day.
