Now in your mind's eye now visualizing a white orb above you,
The Holy Spirit showering down now lots of loving energy over your physical,
Your mental,
Your spiritual and your emotional body.
Feel it tripling down all over,
Especially into those areas that feel a bit tight or tense,
Sending them more love,
Feeling the loving energy of the Holy Spirit,
Of your Holy Spirit,
Trickling down.
Feeling the energy cleansing and activating your main meridians down the center with your body down your spine,
Your chakras starting from the top of your head,
Your crown,
Feeling that loving light energy restoring and cleansing,
Fully activating,
Down to your third eye in the middle of your forehead in between your eyebrows,
Needing to force or think too much,
Simply just sensing it and knowing it has been done.
Coming down now to your throat,
Sensing the energy there in that center,
Being cleansed,
Cleared and activated.
Coming down to your heart space and your chest,
Down to your solar plexus,
Your gut area,
Down to your sacral,
The navel area,
Just below the navel area,
And down to your root at the base of your spine,
Your bones,
Feeling each of your main energy centers now,
Fully charged and activated and cleared,
Cleansed,
Ready to start this day.
We're going to ask the Holy Spirit now to go ahead,
Go ahead and bless the day ahead of you so that you may align and things flow with ease for you in synchronicity and harmony and peace.
Without any force,
Any resistance,
Any effort,
Any need to understand,
It simply just flows and aligns and you are consistently reminded that you are on the right path.
You have a deep inner knowing that you are exactly where you are meant to be,
Declaring now that you are your higher self embodiment,
Calling upon your higher self now to fully emanate your body,
Activate light,
Codes,
Coding all your DNA,
Strands,
The highest of high love frequency,
Just knowing that it is done now,
