Bring your awareness to your breath.

And allow your focus to shift to the tiny pinprick of white light at the center of your heart space.

Every feeling behind every intention that you've ever set in the past or will ever set in the future is stored deep inside this white light.

It serves as your compass.

It serves as the answer to any question you'll ever have.

Trust in that inner knowing.

Slowly begin to deepen the breath.

Allow each inhale to radiate through your cells,

Raising your vibration.

And allow every exhale to soothe and heal your soul.

Visualize yourself in a safe space.

A space that brings you joy.

Opposite you is a huge crystal ball.

And when you look deep inside that crystal,

You see your own reflection.

This reflection is the version of you that has already manifested all of their intentions.

Everything you desire has manifested within this reflection of you.

By tuning into the vibrations of each and every one of your intentions,

You've brought them to life.

Watch this version of you go about your day.

And start to finish,

How does your day unfold?

Who are you surrounded by?

What brings you joy?

What brings you joy?

And as you watch this day unfold,

How does it feel to see your dreams alive?

Feel those vibrations within your cells.

For they are the vibrations that brought this manifestation towards you.

As the day comes to an end.

How does this future version of you unwind?

What do you do right before you hop into bed?

What is the very last thing you think about before your head hits the pillow?

Allow the visualization to slowly fade.

Knowing that each and every feeling that you were able to experience during this meditation is now sealed within your heart.

And whenever you need it,

You have lifetime access.

Take a deep inhale breath and an exhale to release.

And once again,

Deep inhale breath and an exhale to let it all go.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

Oh, my dear, I can not possibly overstate the beauty of these last 9 minutes. I've wept a very great deal in the 2 months and 16 days since my wife passed, but this is the very first time I've shed tears of brilliant joy. Our dream, our long-held and -voiced desire was made manifest wholly and with full emotional context for the very first time. It is now irrevocably real and fully developed in my heart for the very first time, and I hold no more fear or doubt about it's inevitability. I cannot thank you enough for this, and I will be revisiting frequently. Namaste, and bless you. Three times in two days now, and every time is as impactful and joyful as the first. My new go-to guided meditation. You have finally made clear to me what Dr. Dyer meant when he taught to "assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled".
