Hello welcome and thank you for being here.
Finding yourself a comfortable position,
Ideally sitting with a nice tall spine or laying down if that suits you better.
Doing any movements,
Perhaps shaking,
Wriggling,
Adjusting before settling in.
Beginning with a couple of nice long slower deeper breaths,
Inhaling holding at the top,
Exhaling,
Sighing,
Letting all that go and repeating that a couple of times.
Noticing the pauses at the top and bottom of the breath and then settle into your natural breath rhythm,
The most easeful,
Relaxing breath,
Your own rhythmic breath.
As you breathe in,
Feel as though your breath is like light flowing in through your nostrils,
Into your heart space and as you breathe out let your awareness spread throughout your body.
Visualize your breath as light spreading through your body with each breath.
Allow the light to come in and as you breathe out,
Visualize this light spreading down,
Synergizing,
Adding to the light that is already present in the body.
After a certain point you'll begin to feel the light as blissful joy,
Sat chit ananda.
There will be joy entering on the in-breath and joy being distributed through your body on the out-breath.
The light accumulates and starts to glow more and more brightly.
At this point your body will be shining,
Radiating light and joy.
On the exhale allow the light to spread through your skin and out into your aura as you breathe out.
Then as you breathe in,
Feel as though the breath is coming back in through the pores of your skin.
In the end you are breathing in light through the pores of your skin and breathing out light from the same pores.
Breathing in joy and breathing out joy.
The whole body is filled with joy and light.
You can send this healing light to anywhere in your own body,
Mind or anywhere at all that needs healing.
Stay here in this state for as long as you like.
To come out of this meditation bring your awareness to your heart and dedicate all the joy that you have experienced to your own healing or to the benefit of all beings.
