Opening Pleasure Pathways is a guided exploration and descent into the body and the whirlpools of pleasure that await you there. This intimate practice will enliven your depth, feeling, and aliveness from the inside out. This is best practiced lying comfortably on your back.

Transcript

Lying on your back now with your arms and legs outstretched,

Palms facing up,

Allow your whole body to begin to sink into the earth beneath you.

Allow your awareness to start to drift down from your mind and your thoughts and instead flow that attention into your face,

Neck,

Chest,

Down into your belly,

Your womb and down to the base of your spine and even further down into the earth.

As your awareness begins to drop down,

Start to relax and release into the earth beneath you.

More and more with each breath in and out,

Imagining the arms of the earth wrapping around you and pulling you into her.

With each breath in and out,

Letting go of as much holding and tension in the body as possible for you in this moment.

How much can you release?

Letting go of the thoughts in the mind and fully arriving here in this moment into this body,

Your body.

There is nothing you need to hold onto right now.

Fully let go.

You have arrived here with a curious heart to re-meet your beautiful body and to open to the pleasure that dwells within you.

The body that has been with you your whole life,

Shifting and changing with you.

Giving,

Receiving,

Feeling,

Opening,

Retracting,

Loving,

Hurting,

Longing.

Do you utilize this beautiful body to its fullest capacity?

Do you allow its fullest expression?

Do you feel and express from your body?

Do you allow pleasure to arise within you?

Feeling the weight of your whole body as it begins to soften as you start to let go.

You are safe and held within your own energy now my dear.

It's safe to explore yourself in this way.

With each new breath,

New sensation,

New feeling and emotion,

Allow the pathways to begin to open.

It's easy to forget what your body is capable of because of the weight of your stories,

Thoughts and judgments weighing so heavily upon you.

They pile up over time.

They weigh heavy on your shoulders and you simply forget.

Your body is a sacred vessel.

Your sacred vessel.

Your vessel that has been gifted to you to express your pleasure,

Your spirit,

Your soul and to allow this beautiful human experience to feel and touch and smell and move.

Your body is your temple,

Your sacred vessel of life.

Nurturing the connection to this vessel opens your life up to experience pleasure in ways you would once have never dreamed of.

Are you willing to reconnect with your body?

Meeting your body right now as it is right now.

Without trying to fix it,

Change it,

Make it smaller,

Thinner,

Taller or more perfect.

Can you simply embrace and honor who you are today?

What is this body?

What is it capable of?

Rediscovering your physical form in this moment with each new breath in and out.

The greater your capacity to move your physical body,

The deeper you can express and feel what is inside of it.

How deeply can you feel your bones,

Your muscles,

Your joints,

Your skin?

To know what is available in every part of your body.

Stay curious like you're meeting your body for the first time.

Like you have no idea what it does.

How it likes to move.

What it is capable of.

Like you are a baby and you've just landed in this vessel.

Explore your body from a place of non-attachment and curiosity.

There is no right or wrong way to be with yourself.

Only you know.

Opening to how you want to interpret this practice.

Leaning into trusting yourself.

Continue to listen to your body and take in the guidance and allow your body to respond.

Bringing your entire attention to the feeling in your body.

What is alive for you right now?

What are the sensations,

The vibrations,

The feelings?

Can you feel generally in your whole body?

Or is it just in one spot?

Where is it loudest?

Whether it is in your heart,

Throat,

Belly,

Hands.

Can you feel it without judgement?

Just feeling it for the energy and vibration.

The buzzing,

The tingling,

The pulsing.

Being present to it all.

Breathing in and begin feeling into whatever is present and allow it to start to move through your entire body.

Breathing in and expanding the vibrations.

Welcoming it all in.

Breathing out,

Flushing the energy through your entire body.

Welcoming more into the space now.

Can you welcome in more feeling,

More emotion,

More sensitivity?

Breathing with it,

Moving with it,

Welcoming all of it in.

Giving yourself permission to truly feel.

Breathing in and expanding the vibrations.

Welcoming it all in and breathing out,

Flushing the energy through your whole body.

Just taking a moment to imagine now that you have transcended from the cosmos perfectly and beautifully into this body.

You have no idea what it is capable of.

No idea what this vessel can do.

Feeling this body,

The skin,

The muscles,

The bones.

What can this body actually do?

From this place of curiosity,

Start moving your fingers.

Slowly,

Softly,

Gently.

Taking a moment with full presence just on the movement of each finger.

Feeling all the different ways they can move,

Curl and wave.

Feeling as the skin pulls and the muscles in your hands start to flex as you move your fingers.

Keep breathing and allowing the breath to relax your body as you explore just your fingers now.

Start moving them slowly,

Softly.

Endeavour so gently.

Taking a moment of full presence with just your fingers.

How can they move,

Curl and wave?

Feel as the skin pulls and the muscles in your hands flex as you move.

Allowing the movement to move into the hands now and then the wrists.

Exploring all the different ways they can move.

And now into the forearms and the elbows.

Staying in this place of curiosity as if this is the first time you have ever felt your elbows.

You have no idea what they can do.

Coming in your breath to soften you.

Finding circles in your elbows.

Now finding all the ways your shoulders can move.

Sliding them along the floor or into the space above you.

Whatever you need to do to find the full range of movement in your shoulders.

Up,

Down,

Back,

Forward.

Finding the circles.

Keep breathing as you remain softly relaxed on the floor.

Now my love,

It's time to listen to your body.

To her movements and her desires.

How does she want to move from here?

Knowing there is no right or wrong way to do this.

This is just pure rediscovery of what your body is capable of.

Finding all the pathways.

Maybe your legs want to move.

Slide them along the floor,

Up into space,

Crossing them over the body.

Maybe it's your arms that are dancing above you now.

Finding new movements and expressions that your arms have never done before.

Allow yourself to be guided by your body.

Where does it want to go?

How does it want to move?

Where does it want to explore?

Does it want to move in a more sensual and soft way?

Or maybe it feels silly and playful.

Tuning in even deeper to all the expressions that are possible.

Cultivating a relationship between all the parts of you.

All of the different possibilities.

All of the different movements and pathways.

Always seeing if you can find something new.

Creating more space as you breathe in.

Creating more space for the exploration as you move out.

This is your time to rediscover what is possible in your body.

Can you go even deeper?

How much more pleasure can you find?

More softness.

More rotating.

Feel what's awakened as you move in this way.

Continuing to find freedom in the body.

Maybe you arch your beautiful spine.

Swirl it.

Move it.

Circle it.

Giving yourself permission to take up even more space.

Rolling onto your side,

Onto your belly.

Do you feel called to move your body out into the space around you?

Giving yourself full permission to take up as much space as you want.

Allowing your ribs to open and close.

Moving with the breath and allowing the rest of the body to respond.

Maybe you bring movement to your pelvis.

Allowing more softness and suppleness into your hips.

Maybe you slowly start to activate your pelvic floor and your yoni by pulling up at your perineum.

Activating,

Squeezing,

Pulling up and releasing as you start to awaken your pleasure pathways.

Moving into a full body exploration now.

How else can this body move?

Can you go one level deeper into its capacity?

Twisting more,

Curling more,

Expanding more.

Moving your body in new ways.

Giving yourself permission to continue to take up more space.

The space around you.

The space above you.

This is your time to stay curious and open as you explore what else your body can do.

Keep breathing.

Keep listening to where she wants to go.

Using your movement to soften into your femininity even more.

Allowing the movements of your whole body to awaken this within you.

Using the movements to go deeper into your pleasure.

Allowing the movements of your whole body to open and receive more pleasure.

Keep breathing and going deeper into the body.

Deeper into your edges.

What else can you find?

Allowing the body to guide you always.

The mind has gone.

This is your chance to allow your body to explore whatever it has been wanting to explore.

Express however you feel to move.

This is your experience.

This is your body.

Giving your final expressions now.

Starting to allow the body to move a little slower.

Finding a way to close your expression and to start to bring your body back to a full resting position on the floor.

Coming back to stillness but continue to stay in the feeling body.

Allowing yourself to really feel what has been awakened inside of you.

The activation at every layer.

The activation of your skin,

Muscles and bones.

The activation of your pleasure,

Your feeling,

Your aliveness.

Continue to breathe into these vibrations and exhaling out.

Being in full presence with your beautiful body.

Closing your practice now.

In full stillness with your eyes closed.

Present in your feeling body.

Take a moment to integrate this new experience.

Integrate back into your wholeness.

You can access this feeling at any time my love.

The pathway is now open.

You know how to allow your body to feel its fullness and express itself in its fullest capacity.

Your body is your divine vehicle to liberating the pleasure pathways within you.

You have the power to create this experience for yourself.

Can you feel that?

Gently rolling over now into the fetal position and taking a moment to hold yourself here.

Wrapping yourself up.

Holding yourself in tenderness.

Coming all the way home to your body.

Gosh! What a beautiful and amazing practice I have experienced. I felt different emotions listening to the beautiful soft voice and wonderful words in my ears. I was deeply relaxed and in harmony going through a soothing body scan which I had the pleasure to perform. The commentary melted me into Mother Earth’s gravity.
