Breathing into that space,
The expansiveness of the cavity of your chest,
Where that spark,
That light of who you are resides.
Just listen closely to the song that emerges from the depths of your heart.
Just let the song emerge and gently start humming whatever the tune may be,
Whatever the song might be is the right one for today.
Opening up the ears of your heart.
Just listen and let the song rise up and let it fill your throat with a humming and then gently go into a singing,
Singing your heart song today,
Whatever that might be.
The gentle singing of your heart song soothes and heals.
And express joyfully whatever is in your heart today.
