Calling In The 4 Directions

This track is part of an album recorded by Jo-Anne Mac Millan and Noirín Rooney called "Into the Otherworld". Noirín opens up Sacred Space beautifully in the old Celtic way, by calling in indigenous and other animal spirits and all the directions to support you on your healing journey.
Opening up sacred space before any healing or celebration ceremony is practised in many ancient traditions. Calling in the four directions and the accompanying spirit animals and guides from each direction honours the land and lineage where we are from. You can use this recording before any meditation or healing work that you might be doing.
