This meditation is a sacred space for you to reconnect with your womb,
Release energy that no longer serves you,
And reclaim your power and vitality.
Let's begin this journey by settling into a comfortable position.
In a quiet space where you can focus inward.
Now take a deep breath in through your nose,
And exhale gently through your mouth.
Feel yourself beginning to settle in.
Allow your body to sink into the surface beneath you.
Now let's relax your body step by step.
Bring your awareness to the top of your head,
And soften all the muscles in and around your scalp.
Relax your forehead.
All the muscles in and around your forehead.
Relaxing your eyes now.
Allowing them just to relax and let go.
Relaxing all the muscles in and around your jaw.
Just letting your jaw let go.
Feel your neck and shoulders releasing all tension.
Let this relaxation flow down your arms,
Through your chest,
And into your belly.
Relax your hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
And calves.
And let this relaxation flow all the way down to your feet and toes.
Taking another deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Feel your entire body becoming soft,
Grounded,
And supported.
Now,
Let us call upon loving divine energy to guide and protect this sacred process.
You might imagine a gentle golden light surrounding you,
Forming a circle of safety,
Calling in your angels and guides,
Any divine presence that you trust to join you in this healing process.
Feel their loving support all around you.
You can affirm silently or aloud,
I am safe.
I am held.
This is my sacred time for healing and transformation.
Bring your attention to your womb area now.
Place your hands gently over your lower abdomen.
Breathe deeply into this space.
Feel your breath reaching your womb,
Awakening your awareness there.
What do you notice?
Is there tension or heaviness?
Is there a sensation or color,
Maybe an emotion present?
Whatever you feel,
See,
Or sense is exactly perfect.
Trust your body's wisdom.
Now,
Focus on any discomfort,
Tension,
Or stagnant energy in your womb.
As you breathe into this space,
Allow yourself to fully feel it.
With every breath,
Settle deeper into this sensation.
You are safe to explore it.
Remember,
You are safe and you are loved right here,
Right now.
Now that you know where the energy is to be released,
I want you to settle into it.
And then take a deep breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Breathe out through your mouth.
And just visualize this energy dissolving,
Breaking apart into smaller and smaller pieces until it becomes light.
And as you exhale,
See this light being released from your body,
Floating away into the central sun to be transmuted with light.
Continue this process for a few moments.
With each breath,
Let go of what no longer belongs to you.
Affirm silently or aloud,
I release all energy that is not mine.
I release all attachments and cords that no longer serve me.
Now,
Bring your focus to your breath again.
With each inhale,
Imagine calling back your energy from any person,
Place,
Or experience where you may have given it away.
See this energy returning to you,
Cleansed and purified in a form of radiant light.
Feel it flowing back into your womb,
Restoring you,
Filling you with vitality.
Take your time with this process.
Affirm silently or aloud,
I reclaim my energy.
I call it back cleansed and whole.
My energy is mine and I welcome it home.
As your womb fills with your light,
Notice how clear and powerful this space feels.
Feel yourself fully present here,
Fully at home in your womb.

I claim this space as my own.
Take a few deep breaths and let this feeling of clarity and ownership settle into your being.
