It's time to rest.

It's time to breathe a little more deeply as you let go of the day and all of the busy thoughts you've been thinking,

Allowing them to start to dissolve as you bring your mind and body into a deeper state of relaxation.

Bring your awareness now to your breath.

Notice the way your breath comes into your body,

Each and every breath taking you into an even deeper state of relaxation.

As you breathe in,

Allow your breath to move you deeper into your body.

As you breathe out,

Allow your body to soften and relax.

As you breathe into your body,

You may find places that are tight and holding on.

Settle into those places,

Breathing into them.

Breathe and relax.

And as you do,

Notice those places relax and let go.

All of the stress loosens up as you breathe and relax even more deeply.

Scan your body,

Feeling for the places that are asking you to become more present.

If you feel any tightness or heaviness,

Any stressful thoughts or strain,

Just gently and easily breathe into them,

Your presence allowing them to just relax and let go.

There's really nothing to do but relax and breathe.

The more slowly and deeply you breathe,

The easier it is for you to just let go.

As you focus in and breathe into any uncomfortable feelings,

They easily and effortlessly begin to release,

Relax and let go.

These feelings are only trying to get your attention so you can bring your breath and awareness there.

The more present you are within your body,

The more comfortable and relaxed you will feel.

Is there anywhere that you feel sad or lonely,

Upset or confused?

Move into these places now,

Breathe into them and tell them you are safe and you are loved.

You are safe and you are loved and I'm here with you.

The more your body hears your loving words,

The more loved and relaxed it will feel.

Imagine that you have a guardian angel who is wrapping their wings around you and keeping you safe,

Surrounding you in love and warmth.

Relax into this safe and warm feeling.

Know that you are safe and you are loved.

Now allow these affirmations to sink deep into your being.

Believe them in,

Allowing them to relax you into a deeper state of peace.

You are enough.

You are doing a great job.

The world is a better place with you in it.

You are safe and you are loved.

It's okay to rest.

You are divine love.

You are beautiful.

Love is flowing to you right now,

Relax and breathe it in.

You are worthy.

You deserve the best.

Relax and breathe and allow it in.

You are so beautiful.

You handle all of life's lessons with joy and ease.

Each and every cell of your body is loving you right now.

Each and every cell of your body is being filled with divine light.

Allow yourself to breathe out and let go of any heaviness and allow yourself to feel peace in this moment.

Breathe in the vibrations of love,

Light,

Safety and acceptance now.

The world is here to support you in your mission here on the planet.

Your mission is to be a clear vessel of love and light.

Each decision you make is a choice that brings you deeper into love for yourself and others.

All is well.

Any feelings of hurt or pain that come up are asking for love.

Feel into them and love them right now.

Life is bringing you wonderful experiences and beautiful people to talk to and interact with.

Everyone you can help and everyone who wants to help you are being called to you in perfect timing.

You are an open and receptive channel for new and creative ideas.

You are an open and receptive channel for new experiences of abundance.

The more relaxed and loving you are,

The easier life is.

As you breathe and relax,

Love is surrounding you and bringing you new opportunities.

You don't have to figure everything out right now.

As you relax and open,

Everything will come to you in clarity and peace.

Each and every cell of your body is vibrating at a higher and higher frequency.

As you relax,

New channels of abundance and money are coming to you.

As you open up to love and breathe in love,

You become even more attractive to the love that is all around you.

You are a beautiful light of creation and all the people who love and support you are sending you love right now.

You are connected to an ever greater source of love than you even thought possible.

That love is surrounding you and giving you all that you could ever want and all that you could ever need right now.

Breathe it in.

Wherever you go and whatever you do,

Love is there waiting for you.

It's easy and effortless to express love to others and people feel safe around you and express love to you.

You feel safe in the world because you are divine love and are constantly being filled with love from divinity and within.

You are one with divinity.

You are one with divine source energy.

You are divine love.

Your day begins and ends with gratitude and joy.

You forgive yourself and others each and every day and you set yourself free.

All that you need to know is revealed to you easily as you relax and open.

Your mind and body are coming into perfect alignment with each and every breath.

As your heart opens,

Your words flow out with love and understanding towards yourself and others.

Your words flow out with love and understanding towards others.

You are surrounded by love and acceptance.

Everything is working out for you.

Life is supporting you in every possible way.

Your body is your home and all is well.

Each and every day,

In each and every way,

Your life is getting better and better.

It is safe to rest now.

Just the way it's meant to be.
