This meditation will help you to clear, align and balance the front and rear aspects of all of your chakras. If you are feeling stuck, gunky or like you need an energy tune up and alignement, this meditation will guide you to clearing out anything keeping your chakras from being fully clear. You can use this at night or during the day.

Chakra Clearing Meditation Find yourself a quiet place to rest.

You want to be as comfortable as possible so you can relax fully.

Now take a deep breath and feel yourself sinking into your body.

Continue to relax as you start breathing even more slowly,

With each and every breath feeling more and more safe,

More relaxed.

There is nothing to do in this moment but relax and breathe.

Continuing to go deeper with each and every breath,

Focusing on the top of your head and all of the muscles in and around the top of your head.

As you breathe into these muscles,

Allow your breath to guide them into a deeper state of relaxation.

Everywhere you put your attention,

Everywhere you focus,

Becomes more and more relaxed with each and every inhale and each and every exhale.

Move your attention down into the back of your head,

Feeling all the muscles relax and let go as you bring your attention here.

Continue breathing and relaxing,

Focusing on your face now and all the muscles in and around your face.

As you focus and breathe into your face,

Notice how easily and effortlessly these muscles begin to relax.

Even your jaw is beginning to relax as you sink into these feelings of peace even more deeply.

Focusing on your neck now,

As you breathe into your neck,

Allow all the muscles in and around your neck to release,

Relax and let go.

Feeling these muscles melt down into relaxation,

Spreading into your shoulders.

Your shoulders relax and lower as you take another deep breath.

Feeling that relaxation move down into your arms now,

Breathing into all the muscles in and around your arms,

Letting go of all tension,

All stress as you breathe,

Relax and let go.

Relaxation moving into your hands and fingertips now,

Taking another deep breath.

Notice the rise and fall of your chest as you breathe in and out.

Each and every breath bringing you deeper into relaxation.

Each and every breath bringing you deeper into peace.

Moving down into your belly now,

Breathing into your belly,

Noticing the rise and fall of your belly as you breathe even more deeply.

Feeling your back and all the muscles in and around your back,

Feeling so good,

So relaxed.

Moving down into your hips and all the muscles in and around your hips,

Breathing into them,

Allowing them to feel open and relaxed.

Opening,

Open as you relax and breathe.

Moving down into your bottom and all the muscles in and around your bottom,

Breathing and relaxing.

Feeling the warmth spread all through the muscles in and around your bottom as you relax and breathe.

Opening,

Opening.

Move down into your thighs and all the muscles in and around your thighs,

Feeling them release,

Relax and let go.

As you move down into your knees,

Feeling all the muscles in and around your knees,

Relax and let go.

As you move down into your shins and calves,

Feeling all the muscles in your shins and calves release,

Relax and let go.

Moving down,

All the way down into your feet and toes,

Feeling that relaxation melt into your feet and toes,

Relaxing each and every toe deeply and completely.

Slowly inhaling,

Slowly exhaling and going deeper into relaxation.

Bring your awareness now to the top of your head and your crown chakra.

Breathe into it,

Relaxing into it,

Allowing yourself to just settle in,

Just like a bird settles into a nest.

As you breathe and relax from this place,

We ask that this crown chakra be cleared,

Aligned,

Strengthened and balanced.

Breathing deeply,

Then slowly exhaling,

Feeling this chakra relax,

Open,

Clear and expand.

Moving down into the connection between your crown and your third eye,

We ask that it be cleared,

Aligned,

Strengthened and balanced.

Slowly inhale and then slowly exhale,

Allowing everything to clear,

Moving deeper into your center.

Moving down into the front aspect of your third eye,

Breathing into it,

Settling in,

Relaxing and allowing it to open.

We ask that it be cleared,

Aligned,

Strengthened and balanced.

Inhaling deeply and then slowly exhaling,

Just letting it all go.

Moving back into the rear aspect of your third eye now,

Breathing and relaxing,

Allowing it to open,

Settling in.

We ask that it be cleared,

Aligned,

Strengthened and balanced.

Breathing deeply,

Allowing everything to just let go,

Slowly breathe out.

Moving into the connection between the third eye and the throat chakra now,

We ask that it be cleared,

Aligned,

Strengthened and balanced,

Inhaling deeply and then exhaling slowly,

Allowing it to all let go.

Moving now into the front aspect of your throat chakra,

Breathing and settling into this front aspect of the throat,

Relaxing and breathing,

Allowing it to gently expand and open,

Cleared,

Balanced and strengthened.

Inhaling deeply and allowing it to fully and completely open,

Releasing,

Relaxing,

Letting everything go.

Moving back through the rear aspect of the throat chakra,

Relaxing and breathing,

Breathing and open,

Settling in.

We ask that it be cleared,

Aligned,

Balanced and strengthened.

Breathing deeply and then slowly exhaling,

Letting everything go.

Moving back through to the rear of the throat chakra,

Relaxing and breathing and open,

Settling in.

We ask that it be cleared,

Aligned,

Balanced and strengthened.

Breathing deeply and then slowly exhaling,

Letting everything go.

Moving down now into the connection between the throat and the heart chakra,

We ask that it be cleared,

Aligned,

Balanced and strengthened.

Inhaling deeply and then slowly exhaling,

Allowing everything to release,

Relax and let go.

Moving now into the front aspect of the heart chakra,

Breathing into it,

Settling in.

We ask that it be cleared,

Aligned,

Balanced and strengthened.

Inhaling deeply and then slowly exhaling,

Allowing everything to release,

Relax and let go.

You are safe and you are loved.

Moving back now into the rear aspect of your heart chakra,

Allowing the gentle opening of this rear aspect of the heart,

We ask that it be cleared,

Aligned,

Balanced and strengthened.

Inhaling deeply and then slowly exhaling,

Allowing everything to release,

Relax and let go.

Moving down into the connection between your heart and your solar plexus,

We ask that it be cleared,

Aligned,

Balanced and strengthened.

Inhaling deeply and then slowly exhaling,

Allowing everything to release,

Relax and let go.

Moving now into the front aspect of your solar plexus,

Breathing into it,

Settling in.

We ask that it be cleared,

Aligned,

Strengthened and balanced.

Moving in even more deeply,

Relaxing into it.

Slowly inhaling and slowly exhaling,

Allowing everything to release,

Relax and let go.

Moving back now into the rear aspect of the solar plexus,

Relaxing and allowing it to soften and open,

Breathing and relaxing,

Opening,

Opening.

We ask that this rear aspect of the solar plexus be cleared,

Aligned,

Strengthened and balanced.

Inhaling deeply and then slowly exhaling,

Allowing everything to release,

Relax and let go.

Moving down now into the connection between the solar plexus and the sacral chakra,

We ask that it be cleared,

Aligned,

Balanced and strengthened.

Inhaling deeply and then slowly exhaling,

Allowing everything to release,

Relax and let go.

Moving into the front aspect of the sacral now,

Breathing into it,

Settling in.

Allowing your breath to take you deeper into this place.

We ask that this front aspect of the sacral be cleared,

Aligned,

Balanced and strengthened.

Inhaling even more deeply and then exhaling,

Allowing everything to release,

Relax and let go.

Moving back into the rear aspect of the sacral chakra,

Breathing into it,

Settling in.

Breathing and relaxing,

Allowing it to soften and open.

We ask that it be cleared,

Aligned,

Balanced and strengthened.

Inhaling even more deeply,

Allowing your breath to open and relax in this place.

Allowing everything to release,

Relax and let go.

Moving down now into the connection between the sacral and the root,

Breathing into it,

Inhaling in,

Just like a bird settles into a nest.

Allowing this place to soften and open.

Breathing and relaxing,

We ask that this root chakra be cleared,

Aligned,

Strengthened and balanced,

Inhaling even more deeply,

Allowing this place to release,

Relax and let go.

Balancing the root and crown,

Notice the flow of energy between them,

Energy freely flowing from root to crown and back down again.

Asking now that the energy around you in your auric field be cleared,

Aligned,

Strengthened and balanced.

Any rips,

Cuts,

Holes or tears,

Be cleared,

Cleaned,

Repaired and reinforced.

Calling in all needed frequencies to clear,

Open and raise the vibration of this auric field.

We ask now that the edges of this auric field be strengthened and tuned to the highest vibration of love and light.

This clearing is now complete.
