And I'm so glad you're here with me in this moment.
I invite you to put everything down for a moment and rest your eyes.
Let yourself settle back into yourself.
Open your intuitive senses and turn them inward.
Give yourself permission to remember that you have a body.
Give yourself permission to let your pulses slow down.
Sense into the movement of your breath.
And sense how it can soften your shoulders.
How it can relax your spine.
How it can soften your belly and your hips.
Notice how the movement from your soft,
Easy breath can help stimulate your creative center.
Perhaps place a hand there just above your second chakra to feel the movement of your breath.
With each inhale and soft exhale you give yourself.
Perhaps place your second hand on your heart and feel your heartbeat.
Sense into how your breath can activate your heart-centered creative flow.
Perhaps wiggle your spine a little and feel into the strength of your backbone and connecting muscles.
Notice how the flow of energy along your spine can help you feel connected with your creative intent.
Be here.
Be in the now.
And let your whole presence meet the present moment as you shift gears and move forward in your day,
