
Still Point: An Inner Journey To Regulate And Relax
This meditation soothes and calms you like a nurturing, loving hug when you're feeling stressed, dysregulated, and fragmented from your body and breath. This deeply relaxing breath meditation softly guides you inward to sense the rhythms of your breathing, creating inner calm, so you feel safe coming back home to your center and the present moment. I learned this meditation practice from my dog, Raspberry. To calm and regulate herself when she was feeling anxious, Raspberry would request I snuggle up on the floor (laying spine to spine) and breathe with her.
