Namaste.

Thank you for joining me today.

My name is Jillian and I will be guiding you through a 20-minute,

Negative energy removing meditation.

This meditation is specifically for when you are feeling dark energies overtaking your body,

When you feel any overwhelming negative emotions,

Or simply just feeling physically,

Energetically,

Or mentally down.

This meditation is designed to push this darkness out of your body and replace it with positive,

Bright energy from within you.

This meditation should be done in Shavasana.

Come to lay down on your mat,

Maybe some green grass,

Or in a peaceful,

Quiet place where you are safe and won't be disturbed.

Close your eyes.

Have your feet wider than hip width apart,

Heels resting on the ground,

Toes slightly falling out,

Relaxed.

Distribute your weight in your hips evenly,

A natural curve in your spine,

A strong connection between your shoulder blades and the earth below you.

Inhale and exhale,

Relax your shoulders.

Everything will be okay.

Roll your head into a comfortable position.

Let go of any tension in your neck.

Draw your attention to your breath.

Exhale any air in your lungs and take a slow,

Deep breath in.

Feel your stomach,

Your lungs,

Your chest,

Your throat.

Hold it at the top and exhale,

Sigh out through your mouth.

Take another inhale through your nose.

Exhale through your mouth.

Inhale,

Fill your body with new air and this time exhale slowly through your nose.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Feel your chest lower,

Your stomach lower.

Continue to breathe like this.

Feel the air enter your body,

Supporting it with new fresh air.

Feel negative energy.

Believe your body with every exhale.

Notice any thoughts that may come up.

Acknowledge them and then let them go.

They are allowed to come up but they are not important right now.

You can be free of these thoughts.

Maybe bring your attention to your breath if it is too difficult to lose attachment to them.

Begin to relax your breathing.

Become still in your breath,

Your body.

Slow your breathing to where it seems as if you are neither breathing in nor breathing out.

Try to make this breath as effortless as you can.

Continue to breathe like this.

Scan over your body,

Tune into your energetic realm.

See if you can notice any places that are holding slow,

Dark energies.

Do this by starting in your toes and move up your body to the soles of your feet,

To your ankles.

See if you can scan over your body with ease and notice any places where you get stuck.

It might feel like an energetic tug pulling you backward.

Acknowledge these places and then continue on in your body scan.

Scan over your calves,

Your knees,

Your thigh bones,

Your hips,

Your tailbone,

Your stomach,

Your ribs,

Chest,

Shoulders,

Upper arms,

Elbows,

Forearms,

Wrists,

Your fingers,

Your neck,

Jaw,

Mouth,

Your mouth,

Your mouth,

Your mouth,

Cheeks,

Eyes,

Between your eyebrows,

Forehead and the top of your head.

Bring your focus to your lower abdomen,

Between your pelvis and your navel.

Begin to envision a small warm colored glowing orb pulsing there in the darkness.

Channel movement into this light and feel it begin to spin there.

This light is the energy of the divine within you.

Slowly the orb begins to become clearer.

Look inside the light and see that it is shaped like a spiral glowing and spinning.

Always staying rooted at the center,

Feel the spiral spread simultaneously up and down your body.

Feel glowing warm tendrils drop around the tops of your hips,

Energetically lifting your tailbone from the earth.

Each thread of glowing light pushing darkness out of your body.

Feel as they wrap around your right upper thigh,

Your right lower thigh,

Swirling around your knee,

Cascading around your calf muscles,

Around your right ankle,

The top of your foot,

The bottom of your foot,

Looping through your big toe,

Your second toe,

Your third toe,

Your fourth toe,

Your fifth toe.

Feel it wrap around your left upper thigh,

Lower thigh,

Around your knee,

Down to your left calf muscle,

Circling your left ankle,

The top of your foot,

The bottom of your foot,

Entangling around your big toe,

Your second toe,

Your third toe,

Your fourth toe,

Your fifth toe.

You are safe.

Feel the energy wrap around your waist,

Hug your ribs between the earth and your back,

Almost floating.

Your chest,

Feel it circle around the front of your shoulders,

The back of your shoulders,

Your right upper arm,

Your right elbow,

Lower arm,

Your wrist,

Your palm,

Top of the hand,

Circling around your thumb,

Your second finger,

Your middle finger,

Your fourth finger,

Your fifth finger.

Feel it wrap around your left arm,

Your elbow,

Your lower arm,

Your wrist,

Palm,

Top of the hand,

Circling around your thumb,

Your second finger,

Your third finger,

Your fourth finger,

Your fifth finger.

You are powerful.

The light continues to spiral your neck,

Your jaw,

Your chin,

Your lower lip,

Upper lip,

Nose,

Cheekbones,

Your left eye,

Your right eye,

Your forehead,

The back of your head,

The top of your head.

You are loved.

Envision yourself floating above your body.

Look down and see the warm,

Sacred light wrapping around every part of your body.

Watch as divine energy continues to pulse through each strand of light,

Glowing in motion.

Stay here for a moment,

Looking from above.

Slowly sink into your body once more.

This divine energy is you.

It will always be within you.

It will never leave you.

You are this energy.

Using your own will,

Push this energy beyond your body,

Beyond your limbs,

A few feet beyond you.

Maybe fill the room you are in with your light as far as you can imagine.

This light is endless,

Infinite.

It will never leave you.

Keeping this light energy around you,

Begin to come back into your physical body.

Turn to your natural breath.

Wiggle your toes,

Your fingers,

Roll your ankles,

Your wrists.

When you are ready,

Turn to lay on your side and come up to a comfortable seated position.
