Repeat it back to yourself silently and also feel a sense of success throughout your mind,

Get into a comfortable position and then close your eyes or gaze down.

Now receive a nice inhalation and release,

And bring a smile to your face as you shift into the feeling of gratitude,

Grateful for showing up to practice today,
