Welcome to today's practice,

Where you use the power of mantras to come into this present moment and ease your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

Mantra literally translates to mind tool,

And you will use this tool to feel a sense of peace.

Today,

Your mantra will be the word peaceful.

When I say the word peaceful,

Repeat it back to yourself silently,

And also feel a sense of peace throughout your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

So let's begin.

Get into a comfortable position,

And then close your eyes or gaze down.
