When you're grateful,
You can't be fearful or angry.
So it's one of the simplest ways to shift out of fear and into an abundance mindset.
For today's practice,
We will be using gratitude affirmations to remind you of this truth.
To begin,
You can close your eyes or simply gaze down.
And when I say the affirmation,
You can repeat it back to yourself silently or repeat it out loud.
Whatever works best for you.
So let's begin.

Scarcity,
Or lack,
Remind yourself of this truth and come back to gratitude.
Because when you're grateful,
Fear cannot be present.
And that's a choice you can make every single day.
