I'm glad you're here.
It's time to relax and replenish your body,
Mind and soul.
Please listen to this meditation when you are free from all activities.

I invite you to receive a lovely deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Slowing your thoughts down,
Breathe deeply in and out.
Close your eyes now,
Relax your shoulders,
Your jaw,
Your tongue and your breath.
Be comfortable lying or sitting in any position of your choice.
This is your time to just stop.
Stop fidgeting,
Stop analyzing and just be.
Be still,
Free your mind,
Allowing your thoughts to breathe in and out.
Breathing deeply in and out.
Allowing your body to tingle as it relaxes deeper and deeper.
That's right.
Now perhaps you can remember a time when you were so tired and relaxed.
All your muscles totally relax.
Now,
That's right,
Perfect.
Letting your unconscious mind take care of you,
The same unconscious mind that makes your eyes sparkle,
Your hair shine and your heart beat.
Let us go ahead now and replenish and heal all aspects of your body and mind.
Feel the bubbles of life rejuvenate and heal as they slowly move through your body.
Starting with the hairs on your head,
Rest all the tiny muscles around your hair follicles,
Relaxing your scalp all the way to your forehead.
I want you to feel all the little worry lines,
All the little frown lines just seem to disappear,
Releasing all tension,
Letting go of any thoughts.
Your forehead smooths out,
Feels so relaxed and you feel this relaxation coming around your eyes.
Now the eyelids seem to become very very heavy,
So heavy they don't seem to want to open.
They may flutter a little and that's okay.
Just feel how relaxed they are and as this relaxation comes down around your facial muscles,
All the muscles in your facial area just begin to relax.
Now your cheeks,
Your nose,
That's right.
Feel the bubbles of relaxation come further down around all the hundreds of little muscles around your mouth.
Just start to relax.
So much so that your lower jaw becomes heavy and your teeth part.
Your mouth may even open a little as you continue deeper and deeper.
Relax.
Feel this relaxation now behind your ears so that all the little nerve endings behind the ears down into your neck and throat just seem to relax as you continue deeper and deeper.
Breathing in and out.
Feel the vast boundlessness heal and rejuvenate,
Release and then replenish.
Feel the areas tingling as they revive themselves as you feel yourself going deeper and deeper and deeper.
Relax.
Breathing into your shoulders allowing all the weight to come off them,
Freeing them from the world.
You may even feel them relax and drop a bit.
Feel yourself relaxing deeper and deeper,
Releasing,
Replenishing and rejuvenating.
Send the bubbles down your arms to your elbows,
Swirling around the joints into your forearms and wrists,
Palms and fingers right out to the tips of your nails,
Releasing some energy around you.
Breathing deeply in and out.
The relaxation goes to your chest and backbone now and as it goes down the spinal column cleaning each vertebra.
Feel it massage out to the sides so that every muscle,
Nerve and fibre in your back just seems to relax.
Feel the bubbles rejuvenate all the muscles and organs,
Your lungs and heart,
Kidneys,
Liver,
Large and small intestines,
Stomach.
If there are areas in your body holding any aches or pain or tension,
Take your time to inquire and heal.
Ask yourself what is the emotion?
What is it wanting you to accept,
Acknowledge,
Forgive and learn?
See the answer,
Hear it,
Feel it.
Breathe into these areas,
Illuminating them with cherished love,
Restoring them with abundance and joy.
The healing bubbles continue far into the small of your back,
Around the curve of your back,
And into your hips and buttocks.
This warm sense of relaxation now comes into each thigh,
Quads and hamstrings,
Deep into the hollow of the knees.
Feel your shins and calves,
Just let go and relax deeper and deeper.
Relaxing your ankles,
Heels and the tops of your feet,
Right down into each toe.
Now breathe deeply into the soles of your feet,
Thanking them for carrying you every single day.
Their presence in your daily life,
Walking with you,
Gently guiding you effortlessly in the direction towards your destiny,
That's right.
Replenish and rejuvenate as you grow deeper,
Deeper,
Even deeper,
Calm,
Peaceful and very,
Very relaxed.
I'm going to let you rest for a moment to secretly connect with this deep state of inner calm,
Where solutions can be found,
Inner peace is restored and boundless love exists.
And when you hear my voice again,
You will continue to be more relaxed than you've ever known.
Calm,
Peaceful and relaxed.
You you you begin to become aware of your breath again and breathe deeply in and out with each breath send the healing bubbles to rescan your body tingling as they heal further in a moment not now but in a moment I will count from five to one and when you hear the number one you will awaken feeling relaxed and replenished five becoming aware of your surroundings for wiggling your toes your fingers and your shoulders three take a moment to rest in this state of peace receiving a lovely nice deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth to trust that at any time you can connect with this source your true essence of calm and inner peace one when you feel ready gently open your eyes knowing you have planted the seed to be able to relax and replenish with effortless ease as you go about your day I will leave you with this thought every moment of every day I live my life abundantly connected with my wild spirit every moment of every day I live my life abundantly connected with my wild spirit every moment of every day I live my life abundantly connected with my wild spirit from my heart to yours be brilliant now
