Now is your time to journey into a deep peaceful sleep.

Settling yourself in bed,

Shift and move as much as you need to find that position of pure comfort.

Resting your body,

Your muscles and your thoughts.

Slowly allowing them to drift away and dissolve with your breath.

Breathe deeply in and out.

Allowing your body to become heavy and relaxed.

Being ready for sleep now.

Your body knows that sleep is a time for it to heal and rejuvenate itself for the next day to come.

So it loves this peaceful opportunity to just be.

Be still.

Receiving the breaths of sleep steeping into your body.

Sensing and resting you completely into a deep and peaceful slumber.

You will hear my voice only until your relaxation therapy is complete.

Then you will go into a deep,

Easy,

Natural sleep that remains continuous until morning.

Visualise that you are a sponge being wrung out of stress.

All the way down and out your toes.

Letting it all go with your breath.

Stay in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Silently saying sleep now.

You may feel your body twitch as it nestles in the perfect position.

Know that this is your body's sign for releasing any tensions and anxieties of the day.

Readying itself for rejuvenation and sleep.

Slowly breathe in and out.

Breathing deeper.

Deeper.

Even deeper.

That's right.

You thoroughly enjoy your deep,

Restful sleep and at bedtime you simply receive three deep breaths and say sleep now after each breath.

And all these beautiful sleepy feelings come to you when you relax and say sleep now.

Give a few moments to recount the day,

Cherishing as many magical moments as you desire.

The smiles you gave.

The joy you felt.

The unexpected acts of kindness.

Giving thanks and gratitude for your own beautiful spirit and to all those who you connected with.

If the day didn't quite go exactly as you hoped,

Give yourself a reassuring hug,

Infusing yourself with encouragement and love for another day to come.

Breathing deeply in and out.

Offer any questions or worrying issues up to the moon and the stars so you may receive resolution by morning.

Just in your dreams to work their magic to find solutions while you drift into a deep,

Restful slumber.

This is your time to sleep.

So when you are ready,

Close the filing cabinet for today and give thanks to all your experiences allowing you to become much richer for them.

For any thoughts that are lingering longer,

Thank them for their presence and lovingly release them for another time.

Decide now if it is for your higher good to give them any more energy.

And gently shift your energy towards a deep,

Peaceful sleep that remains continuous until morning.

Everything else has no place in you right now so you easily just let it go.

This is your time to completely relax.

Knowing all is well.

That you are safe.

And everything happens for you at the exact right time,

Exactly when it is supposed to.

Breathe deeply in and out.

Now move your attention to sleep.

How many restful hours of slumber do you require right now?

Perfect.

Set your internal body clock for the time you wish to awaken and allow it to be done.

Only an emergency awakens you and if this happens,

Once attended to,

You return to bed and go to sleep within 60 seconds.

It is easy for you to relax and go back to sleep because you expect to sleep.

Throughout your sleep you feel calm,

Content and pleasantly relaxed which remains continuous until morning.

And you carry this calm,

Contented sense of relaxation over into your waking hours.

You always awaken at your rising time and feel positive,

Happy and energized.

Completely rested,

Alert and cheerful.

Your eyes open.

You sit up and put your feet on the floor.

You stretch and you feel great,

Ready to go for another wonderful day.

As you continue drifting deeper and deeper.

There's a warm blanket of sleepy peace gliding over you.

Feeling the soothing stillness wrap itself tenderly around you.

Whispering to you.

Sleep now.

You are safe.

You are protected.

You are loved.

Gently allow this stillness to settle around your forehead,

Eyes,

Ears and cheeks.

Delicately releasing the tension in your jaw.

You may even feel your teeth part and your mouth open a little.

Cherish the soothing warmth around your neck and shoulders.

Letting it lift all the weight from the day,

Freeing them from the world.

Your arms and fingers tenderly caress the sheets as they lay heavy and motionless.

Deeply,

Deeply relaxed.

Feel your back descend into the trusting embrace of the mattress as you exhale more deeply than ever before.

Feeling your loving heart gently beating as it monitors your body for sleep.

Now.

Your organs work magically and silently as they replenish and heal every cell throughout your body.

As the blanket of warm peace nurtures your hips,

Legs,

Knees and feet,

Releasing and replenishing you throughout your sleep.

Know that every muscle,

Every nerve and every fibre in your entire body is soft,

Supple and completely relaxed.

Completely calm.

Completely peaceful.

Allow the miracle of healing to silently continue throughout your body.

It's alright.

You are safe.

You are loved.

You can drift into a deep state of natural healing which remains continuous until morning.

Let yourself go and sleep now.

Sleep now.

Sleep now.

Sleep now.

Sleep now.

Sleep now.
