Hello beautiful soul.
This is Julianne Jules-Black and it's a joy to welcome you here.
When your mind is racing with endless to-dos,
Decisions,
Thoughts and distractions,
This calming meditation is your reset to shift from mental overload into grounded clarity.
I know how it feels when your mind is full.
Ideas,
Decisions,
Conversations,
What's next thoughts,
All swirling around and tugging at your attention.
What thoughts are circling through your mind right now?
Recurring themes,
Questions,
Unfinished stories.
Let them be here,
Just as they are,
Without needing to act,
Fix or solve anything.
It can feel like being in a big vast sky full of bright stars,
All wanting to be noticed at once.
Say softly to yourself,
It's safe for me to pause,
My mind can rest,
My body knows how to relax.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
For the next few minutes,
There's nowhere else you need to be but here,
In this breath,
In this moment.
Right now,
You've chosen to do something rare and brave,
To pause,
To care for yourself and to take gentle command of your mind in a very busy world.
That choice alone is powerful.
Find a position where your body can truly rest,
Sitting or lying down,
Somewhere you won't be interrupted.
Let your forehead,
Eyes and jaw soften.
Your shoulders gently relax.
Your hands rest loosely,
That's right.
If it feels good and it's safe to do so,
Close your eyes.
Let's begin with a nourishing 5-5-5 breath sequence together.
Inhale for 1-2-3-4-5,
Hold for 1-2-3-4-5,
Exhale for 1-2-3-4-5.
Continue this rhythm,
Inhale for 5,
Hold for 5,
Exhale for 5,
Letting each exhale feel like you're setting down any heavy thoughts,
Decisions or feelings you've been carrying.
Simply pause in this stillness.
You are here now,
Safe and loved.
With this comfort,
Picture your mind as a vast big night sky.
At first,
You see all the shooting stars.
Each one is a thought,
Bright and insistent,
Vying for your attention.
You don't need to follow their trail.
You don't need to chase them.
No pushing,
Forcing or proving.
You can simply watch them pass by,
Allowing the spaciousness to align,
And the sky to grow still and clear.
Notice what this spaciousness feels like in your body.
There's no need to fill it.
Just rest within it for a few moments.
Each time a thought tries to rally for your attention,
See it as a shooting star,
Drifting across the night sky,
Beautiful and fleeting.
Between each thought,
Feel the stillness.
It's always been there,
Patiently waiting beneath the noise.
When you calm your busy mind,
You give yourself the gift of clarity.
Your body shifts from tension to repair.
From reactivity to choice.
Creative ideas and solutions land more easily.
Decisions and conversations feel lighter.
And you move through your day with clarity,
Ease and the willingness to take inspired action.
This kind of presence is not an escape from life.
It's the very foundation that makes everything else possible.
Allow yourself to breathe,
And open up to the energy of receiving universal support.
Carry this stillness with you,
Knowing you can return here anytime.
Simply by breathing,
Noticing,
And letting your thoughts pass,
Like shooting stars in the sky.
Like stars in a quiet sky.
Take a moment to thank yourself for this act of self-care and true self-leadership.
Softly affirm as you breathe in,
I choose calm.
Breathe out,
I am calm.
In a moment,
You'll gently come back into the present.
Not out of the calm,
But back into your day.
With this peace anchored inside you.
Feel the freedom and spaciousness now available to you.
Notice how different it feels when your mind softens.
Feel any shifts,
Emotionally,
Physically.
You don't need to chase life.
You can choose it,
Right here,
With presence,
Grace,
And ease.
This stillness is your superpower.
Carry it with you in all that you do today.
No demand,
No decision,
Or distraction can take it away.
It's yours whenever you surrender.
Receive one more deep breath in,
And out.
And when you're ready,
Softly blink your eyes open to the room.
Remember,
Be patient.
It's coming together.
All of it.
Enjoy your day,
Being brilliant now.
