Welcome.

Take a moment to get nice and comfortable wherever you may be.

You might be seated or you could be laying down.

Just settling in wherever you are.

Closing the eyes gently.

Keeping yourself slowing down.

Giving yourself permission to relax now.

Go ahead and take some nice long slow deep breaths.

Breathing deep down into your belly.

Deeply in and out.

Good.

Becoming aware of the weight of the body now.

Becoming aware of how it feels upon whatever surface you may be seated on or lying down on.

Allowing the body to sink deeper into this present moment.

Feeling your energy beginning to settle more as you do.

Becoming more aware of your senses now.

Settling into the space around you.

Becoming aware of any thoughts,

Any emotions,

Or any other sensations that may be present.

No need to try to change them.

Just witnessing.

Allowing them to be.

Bringing your awareness to your body once more.

Becoming aware of any tension,

Any discomfort.

Just noticing how your body is feeling and beginning to imagine any tension,

Any discomfort.

Loosening up now.

Preparing to drift away.

Feeling your muscles beginning to relax.

Feeling the body beginning to become soft.

Gently shifting your focus to the right and fall of your breath once more.

With each breath in,

Creating more space just to be.

And with each breath out,

Feeling any stress,

Any tension melting away.

Resting in the rhythm of your own breath.

As you relax even deeper into the natural rhythm of your breath,

Go ahead and imagine that a beautiful iridescent golden light begins to flow down above your head.

Flowing down like liquid sunlight or a cosmic waterfall of beautiful light energy.

This light feels smooth as it begins to flow down into your body.

Relaxing you.

Releasing you.

It feels almost as if you are taking a mental shower as it clears away any unnecessary noise in your mind.

This light flows down through the top of your head now.

Traveling all the way down into your body,

Purifying and cleansing your energy.

And it begins to ripple through the body with feathery soft waves that gently clean and clear away any stress,

Any tension.

Good.

Feeling that relaxing energy at the top of your scalp now.

Feeling it relaxing the top of your head.

And then traveling down over your forehead,

Smoothing any tension that you may be holding here.

And then down over your face,

Smoothing the tiny muscles next to your eyes.

Traveling down through your jaw now.

As you relax and release your jaw muscles,

Allowing them to become loose and slack.

Good.

This light travels down your neck now.

Relaxing the front,

Back and sides of your neck.

And it rolls down over and through your shoulders now.

Allowing you to release any tension that you may be holding in your shoulders.

Flowing down each arm now.

Relaxing your arms all the way down to the fingertips.

Good.

This light flows down through your chest now.

Flowing into your heart,

Activating this powerful center of love and unity.

Clearing away any tension that you may be holding in your upper chest or in your back.

Flowing down through your ribs and your lungs.

Purifying your lungs,

Cleansing them.

And then over and through your belly and your lower back.

Feeling so warm,

So relaxing.

Then down through your pelvis and your hips.

Down over your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves and your lower legs.

Your ankles,

Your feet,

Your toes.

This golden light flows through your entire body now.

Filling you up with warm relaxation.

Lightening your entire being.

Creating spaciousness for your own inner wisdom to bubble up from within.

Or perhaps creating spaciousness just to be.

I am going to count down now from 10 to 1.

And by the time that I reach 1,

Or perhaps even sooner,

You will be feeling such a deep,

Beautiful sense of relaxation throughout your entire body.

You may even feel that you have relaxed 10 times deeper.

Feeling so deeply relaxed.

Feeling this light gently undulating within your body.

And now that you are feeling so relaxed,

So spacious and light,

Just allow yourself to rest in this space for a few minutes now.

Allowing yourself to be just as you are.
