During this practice, you will continuously write for 10 minutes without stopping your pen to think, edit or contemplate. The aim of Somatic Flow Writing is to get beyond the sensory mind, the critical mind. Once you get past your inner 'editor', you begin to connect to the voice of your wise self, soul voice, and true nature. Go to the edge of what feels comfortable, have fun, and trust the process.
