I'm Jessie Galvin.
Welcome to this quick meditation to reset your energy field.
Take a few moments to get really comfortable,
And when you feel ready,
Close your eyes or lower your gaze.
Start by just tuning in to the natural rhythm of your breath,
Noticing where the breath moves in your body,
Whether that's the belly,
The ribs,
Or in the throat.
Just observe the natural rhythm of this breath as it happens without you having to do anything.
If it feels okay,
Start to lengthen your breath,
Allowing the inhale and the exhale to increase to a count of four.
As you do this,
We sense a golden light surrounding you,
Stabilising your energy field,
Allowing you to return to a place of centre,
Of connection with your authentic self,
Simply by anchoring to your own breath in this moment right now.
Allow this easy pace of your breath as your whole body becomes absorbed in a golden mist surrounding you,
Moving through every cell of your being so that you become this golden light.
Take a couple more moments to breathe here,
Feeling yourself returning back home,
Back to that place of centre,
Of clarity,
Of connection with yourself.
Placing your hands on your heart,
I invite you to repeat the words,
I am connected to all that is.
I am here now.
And when you feel ready,
Blink the eyes open and take this energy with you into the rest of your day.
