
Body Gratitude Meditation And Reiki Healing
During this meditation, we will send deep appreciation to our physical body and senses. This session includes distant Reiki energy healing to assist the body's natural ability to heal itself and release blockages that no longer serve us. You will leave feeling lighter, and deeply grateful for your body.
Transcript
Greetings divine souls,
This is Jess with Jess Be Inspired and today's meditation is to help send gratitude to your physical body.
I will also be providing distant Reiki energy healing to help you to feel even more relaxed and rejuvenated.
So allowing yourself now to perhaps lay down,
Settle in,
Getting super comfy and taking a nice long slow deep breath in through your nose and gently letting that go out through your mouth.
And if you have it available to you,
Softly closing your eyes,
Taking a nice long slow inhale in and exhaling that out.
Begin to just slow down the breath by softly inhaling for the count of five and gently letting that breath go out to the count of six and breathing in for the count of six and exhaling that breath out to the count of seven and inhaling in for the count of seven and gently letting that breath go out to the count of eight Now just flowing with your breath,
The natural pace as you start to bring the awareness to your toes,
To your feet and just sending deep gratitude for your toes,
For your feet,
For helping you stand for helping you to walk and move in any direction that you choose and so breathing in gratitude to your toes,
To your feet and exhaling that out and starting to now bring the awareness to your ankles for helping you to balance helping you to maneuver and swirl and just breathing in deep gratitude to your ankles and exhaling that out and starting to bring the awareness to your calves,
Your shins,
Your knees and breathing in deep gratitude for this area to help you to bend,
To help you to walk help you to dance and just breathing in deep gratitude to your calves,
Your shins,
Your knees and letting that go and working your way up to your thighs your upper legs,
Your hips for helping you to sit and be connected and rooted wherever you are and just breathing in that deep appreciation and gratitude and gently letting that go now starting to bring the awareness around the base of your spine,
Where your root chakra is and sending gratitude for where the earth essentially moves through you and just breathing that in that deep gratitude and exhaling that out and now letting yourself bring the awareness to your lower abdomen connected to your sacral chakra being able to bring in great gratitude to this area that brings in new life that connects you deeply to your sensuality just sending such gratitude to your lower abdomen and just breathing that in,
That gratitude,
Sending the breath to that lower abdomen and exhaling that out and now working your way to your solar plexus your digestive system for digesting all of these beautiful foods that nourish you that fuel you,
That help you to keep going throughout your day and just sending deep gratitude to this area of your body,
The solar plexus and just breathing that in and just sending gratitude and exhaling that out and starting to bring the awareness to your chest where your heart lies and just allowing yourself for a moment here to just breathe in gratitude to your lungs,
To your heart,
To your chest for being able to just feel all of those emotions and just breathing in that gratitude and exhaling that out and starting to now just bring the awareness to your fingers palms of your hands and thinking of all the text messages,
The emails,
The phone calls or just perhaps all the things that you've been able to create with your hands and just sending deep gratitude to this beautiful area of your body breathing in that gratitude and gently letting that go and now allowing yourself to bring the awareness to your wrist for being a way of how you share and express yourself your arms for helping you to reach throughout your life and just breathing in deep gratitude to your arms,
To your wrist and gently letting that go and your back,
Sending deep love and gratitude for your back for being able to support you and just sending deep gratitude to your back,
To your spine and exhaling that out and your shoulders holding all the tension that they may have throughout the years all of the emotions and just sending deep gratitude to your shoulders and letting that go into your upper chest sending deep appreciation and letting that go in your throat,
Your precious throat and just sending deep gratitude to your throat and letting that go in your jaw,
Your teeth and just sending deep gratitude to your jaw,
To your teeth even your tongue and just breathing in that gratitude and letting that go and now bringing the awareness to your lips for being able to taste and kiss and speak just sending deep gratitude to your mouth,
To your lips and exhaling that out and your words,
Your ears that are connected to all the words that you have heard and received throughout the years,
All of the songs that you've listened to and sending deep gratitude to your ears and exhaling that out and your nose,
Bringing the awareness to your nose for smelling delicious foods or perhaps even the scent of your best friend,
Of a pet or a loved one and just sending deep gratitude into your nose and letting that go into your eyes for being able to see all of the beauty that life has to offer witnessing all of the experiences that you've had throughout your life and just sending deep gratitude to your eyes sending appreciation now,
Breathing that in to your forehead letting that go and to the top of the head where your crown chakra is for connecting to all the wisdom that is available to you and breathing that in and gently letting that go and I'm going to do my Reiki prayer silently as you just allow yourself to settle in even deeper to this experience by simply repeating this channeled mantra I embody gratitude I embody gratitude I embody gratitude and just for a couple moments here,
Letting yourself just send gratitude and embody it in your physical being you you you you you you you you you you I embody gratitude letting yourself to settle in with all this divine Reiki energy healing and all of this gratitude that we have lovingly sent from our feet all the way to the top of our head let's just send another beautiful wave of gratitude to your body so just breathing in gratitude and gently letting that go and breathing that in and letting that go and you can begin to allow yourself to start to wiggle your fingers wiggle your toes wiggle your heart and slowly come back to this space I hope that this guided meditation and Reiki energy healing served you well just remember that whenever you desire you can always come back to this moment by simply saying to yourself out loud or silently I embody gratitude letting yourself be a ripple of that energy today when you are inspired you are in spirit stay inspired
