This is a Reiki meditation for the solar eclipse and the new moon in Torah.

Close your eyes and make yourself comfortable.

Settle into your body and invite a sense of relaxation throughout your entire being.

Notice the rise of your inhale and the softening and falling of the exhale.

Connecting with the great invocations.

From the point of light within the mind of God,

Let life stream forth into our mind.

Let light descend on earth.

From the point of love within the heart of God,

Let love stream forth into our hearts.

May love increase honour.

From the centre where the will of God is known,

Let purpose guide our will.

Let purpose which the masters know and serve.

From the centre which we call humanity,

Let the plan of love and light work out and may a seal of the door where evil dwells.

Let light and love and power restore the plan on earth.

Let light and love and power restore the planet earth.

And then now bring your awareness to your auric field,

Your personal space.

This is part of who you are that extends beyond your physical body.

And on your next inhale,

Pull your aura close to you,

Pulling you into the here and the now.

And as you do this,

See your light becoming more and more concentrated.

Let the core of your being become brighter and brighter as you pull your energy close to you.

Taking a deep breath and bringing your awareness to your feet,

Allow your foot chakras and the soles of your feet to open,

To expand.

And connecting with the energy of the earth deep beneath you and observe.

The qualities of the earth are stability and grounding,

Nourishment,

Everything in manifestation and all of creation.

And pulling this energy into your body,

The energy of the earth into your feet.

Pulling it up your leg,

Your torso and coming into your heart center,

Embodying the qualities of the earth.

And the light of the achy fills the air that you breathe.

And your breath fills your body with the light.

And we ask that our unhealed egos and personalities be set to the side to allow the pure light of achy and our divine nature,

Our authentic selves to be revealed.

And as you breathe in the light,

The light within you wakes up.

This is the light of your life for your spirit,

Your essence,

Your divinity.

Breathe in the power of divine love.

Breathe in the power of the divine mind.

The power of the divine heart.

Breathe in the power of the divine earth and the light of God.

Take a moment to invite all of the divine beings you would like to be present.

The infinite creative consciousness of the universe.

The God of your own understanding,

Divine Father,

Divine Mother,

Our brothers and sisters of the light.

The ascended master,

The archangel,

The healing angel,

The earth angel,

And all of those beings from the third heaven to the highest heaven,

As well as your own individual spirit guide.

We invite in the ancestors and the descenders.

We ask you for your divine presence,

Assistance,

Guidance,

Healing and empowerment.

And say the following words to yourself,

Which is a recognition of your unique expression of divinity.

I am the soul.

I am the spirit.

I am the light divine.

I am love.

I am world.

I am victor line.

And now bring your awareness to your crown,

To the top of your head.

And allow your crown chakra to open.

The thousand petals lotus to unfurl.

And allow your awareness to travel to the stars,

To the cosmos.

As your awareness travels deep into the cosmos,

Into space,

Towards the moon and the sun and the constellation of torus.

The energy of the stars are the unlimited possibility.

The potential of what is yet to come.

The creative driving force behind creation.

The sense of wonder,

The mysteries and the magic.

We are here today in this moment in time to honor the cycles of the moon,

The earth and the sun.

This time period is the new moon and the solar eclipse in torus.

The sun and the moon are right next to each other,

Which in conjunction,

Which creates the new moon and the solar eclipse,

The magical darkness.

The sun is our ego,

Our physical identity,

Our outer nature which is easily seen.

The moon is our inner world,

That which is normally hidden and constantly changing through the shifting of our phases in each monthly cycle.

This is connected to our emotion,

Our intuition,

Our instincts.

The moon governs all that is fluid.

The water,

The tides of the ocean,

Our body,

Our emotions.

As the influences of the constellation of torus shine down on earth through the power of the conjunction of the sun and the moon.

Torus is the second sign of the zodiac,

Fixed earth,

Torus is beauty,

Sensuality,

Comfort,

Strength,

Dependability,

Abundance,

Hard work and patience.

Torus is associated with the abundance of the material world,

Shown through the first bounty of the earth after a long winter,

By the flowers of spring emerging from the ground in the northern hemisphere.

Torus is the ultimate earth sign of stability and fixed earth energy.

It is creation,

The contentment of being here and now.

It is the steadfast maintainer of beauty and physical form.

Torus is a duality of energy and matter.

It is being in the body and feeling the senses of the world.

Torus is desire.

It is through this sign that humanity has a longing to take physical incarnation,

To have experiences in the sensory world.

And it is desire that keeps us trapped in the cycles of life,

Death and rebirth.

And torus materialistic impulses and desires eventually evolve into the light of illumination and revelation.

The enlightened mind is a gift,

The result that changes desire into spiritual aspiration.

Torus is deeply connected with Venus,

The planet of love and beauty.

Torus guards the secret of life,

Which is hidden by physical form.

Once the energies of torus is enlightened,

It awakens the third eye.

The constellation of torus is the head of a bull with a single eye.

Through this eye of light,

All is illuminated and revealed.

Torus is about sight,

Seeing beauty in physical form,

Seeing what is really there.

The opening of the third eye and inner awareness.

From this point of awareness within the constellation of torus,

The sign of beauty in physical form.

Pull in the energy of the stars and the mysteries and the magic of the universe and the energies into torus,

Into your physical body,

Through your crown chakra at the top of your head.

Each lunar cycle we are reborn.

Our souls and spirits are filled with vitality,

Creativity and power.

As the new moon flows into the full moon,

And as the full moon ebbs back into the new moon,

We are relieved of that power only to begin once more.

The power of the new moon lies in our darkness.

It is in the shadow,

The sacred geometry of the earth,

The sun and the moon,

Creating perfect alignment,

Harmony,

That we have a moment to be still,

To embrace the potential of what is yet to come for this lunar cycle.

We call in the power of new beginnings,

The power of the magical dark,

The power of the solar eclipse reveals our path ahead.

In the darkness of the new moon,

There is another tiny sliver of light reflecting from the sun to reveal what is yet to come,

Embracing new cycles.

Pull the energy of the stars into your crown,

The magic of the universe.

Pulling in the energy of the constellation of Taurus into your crown,

The energy of the new moon and the solar eclipse,

Filling your head,

Your throat and coming into your heart,

Merging and blending with the energy of the earth and your own personal energy.

Look into your light and reflect in this new moon and solar eclipse and Taurus,

What is it that you want to create in regard to beauty?

Pleasure,

Nature,

Comfort,

Prosperity,

Abundance and grounding.

What do you want to create to bring in for this cycle?

It can be the cycle of a day,

A month,

A year,

A season or a lifetime.

And say the following words to yourself,

I see beauty in physical form.

I am my own unique expression of the beauty of the universe.

Have the awareness that you are the physical manifestation of the light of the heavens and the light of the earth.

The uniqueness of you that is influenced by the new moon and the solar eclipse in Taurus.

Allow the shadow of the moon to nourish you,

To comfort you,

To guide you to the potential of what is yet to come.

Breathing in the power of the moon and the constellation of Taurus.

Breathing in the light of Reiki.

The light within you is revealed.

And now you have sent Reiki and unconditional love to the earth.

Place your hands into Gassho,

Two hands together at your heart center.

And connect with the divine love of Reiki.

And then face your hands forward and visualize a small earth in front of you.

A small blue-green ball floating in space.

This is our home,

Gaia,

Mother Earth.

Allow Reiki and unconditional love to go wherever it is wanted,

Wherever it is needed.

Connecting with the prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi of transmutation.

Divine universe,

Make me an instrument of your peace.

Withers hatred,

Let me so love.

Withers injury,

Pardon.

Withers doubt,

Faith.

Withers despair,

Hope.

Withers sadness,

Joy.

Withers darkness,

Light.

Allow the earth to be infused with love and light.

And take a deep breath in and place your hands on your heart.

And allow yourself to receive the light of Reiki.

The power of divine love fills your breath and is revealed at the core of your being.

The power of the divine mind fills your breath and is revealed at the core of your consciousness.

The power of the divine heart fills your breath and is revealed in the light of your own heart.

The power of the divine earth fills your breath and is revealed in your body.

The power of God fills your breath and the power of God is revealed in you.

The power of the universe fills your breath and the power of the universe is revealed in you.

The power of your Holy Spirit is revealed in you.

Look inside and say thank you to you.

Appreciate you for who you are,

The magnificence of your being.

And appreciate how deeply you love,

How deeply you care.

We say thank you to the ancestors,

Your own family lineage,

And the collective of the ancestral lineages of humanity that we all descend from since the dawn of time.

This body,

This lifetime,

You are the evidence of the love of the thousands that have come before.

You are the light of the heavens and the light of the earth.

You carry the light of the ancestors within you,

As well as the seed of potential of the descendants yet to come.

We say thank you to the divine being,

The enlightened ones who join us.

We thank you for your divine guidance,

Healing,

And empowerment.
