So find a comfortable place to be seated,

To be lying down,

Whatever allows you to relax and be completely receptive in the present moment.

And settle into your body,

Invite a sense of relaxation throughout your entire being.

Release any tension,

Any stress,

Any worry.

Bring your awareness to the lower part of your body,

To your feet.

Soften your feet,

Relaxing each of your toes,

From the little toes and towards the big toes.

Softening the soles of your feet.

Relax your legs,

Your lower legs,

Your cow,

Your thighs.

Soften your hips,

Your pelvis.

Relax your belly and your chest and all of your internal organs.

Softening your hands,

Each of your fingers,

From your pinky fingers to your thumbs.

Softening the palms of your hands.

Notice as you soften your fingers and the skin on your palms,

That your skin gently curl inwards,

Your palm,

Your fingers gently curl inward.

Not by muscular action,

But by the releasing of tension.

Letting go of that urge to grip and to hold on.

Softening your throat.

Relax your jaw,

So it hangs ever so slightly,

Creating space between your lower teeth and your upper teeth.

Relax your tongue,

So it softens and widens,

Overlapping the edges of your teeth.

Relax your cheek.

Soften your skin around your eyes.

And allow your eyeballs to sink into the socket.

Soften your forehead.

And relax,

Seeing the space in between your eyebrows.

As you relax the space in between your eyebrows,

Notice how your jaw relaxes even more,

Ever so slightly.

And take a moment to notice the stillness,

The spaciousness that you have created in your body,

By the power of your mind,

Your awareness.

Notice the cycle,

The pattern of your breath.

Observe the rise of your inhale and the settling,

The falling of your exhale.

Observe the movement in your body created by your breath,

Whether it's your navel,

Your chest.

The sensation in the back of your throat as the air passes through.

Notice that the air on the exhales is slightly warmer than the air on the inhale,

Warmed up by your own body heat.

Notice how it feels to be in the wholeness of you,

In your body in this moment in time.

The light of Vayi gi throws the air around you.

Divine Light Force energy.

This Light Force energy is always surrounding you.

It enlivens all living things,

The air,

The land,

The plants,

The animals,

And all of humanity.

It gives vitality and spark to all of creation.

Vayi gi rides along with the Divine Light Force energy.

And as you breathe in,

You breathe in the light of Vayi gi.

And as you breathe in,

The light within you wakes up.

The light within you is revealed.

Breathe in the power of Divine Love.

Breathe in the power of the Divine Mind.

Breathe in the power of the Divine Heart.

Breathe in the light of the Divine Earth,

And the light of God,

The light of the universe.

And as the Vayi gi gives you whatever it is that you need in this moment in time.

We are dynamic and fluid beings.

Our knees are constantly changing from moment to moment.

Allow the Divine Light Force energy of Vayi gi to provide whatever it is that you need in this present time.

Whether it be vitality,

Strength,

Comfort,

Nourishment,

Relaxation,

Whatever it is that you need right now,

Right here in this moment in time.

Take a moment to say thank you to you.

Appreciate you for who you are,

The magnificence of your being,

Your life.

How special and unique you truly are.

Appreciate how deeply you love,

How deeply you care.

Stay here as long as you need.

Whenever you are ready to come back into the waking world,

Deepen your inhale and lengthening your exhale.

Bring movement and light back into your body by wiggling your fingers and your toes.

So clean your wrist and your ankles.

Take a deep breath and open your eyes and return to your own time,

Your own space.
