Reiki Meditation: The Magic Of Flowers

Please enjoy a guided imagery meditation honoring the magic and wisdom of flowers and finding that magic within yourself. This meditation is infused with the loving and peaceful vibrations of Reiki.

Reiki is a method of achieving harmony and peace within the core of one’s being and is a connection to the Universal Life Force Energy.

Transcript

Make yourself comfortable.

You can be seated.

You can be lying down.

Whatever allows you to be comfortable and in the present moment.

Close your eyes and settle into your body.

Invite a sense of relaxation throughout your entire being.

From head to toe,

Your extremities,

Your arms,

Your legs,

Your hands and your feet.

Softening all of your internal organs.

Lifting your jaw.

Softening your tongue so it widens and overlaps the edges of your teeth.

Allowing your eyeballs to soften and sink into the socket.

In the light of the achy furrows of the air that you breathe.

Your breath fills your body with the light.

And as you breathe in the light,

The light within you wakes up.

The light within you is revealed.

This is the light of your life force,

Your spirit.

And then now bring your awareness into your personal space,

Your aura feels.

And pull your aura close to you.

Your aura is part of who you are but is slightly beyond your physical body.

So gathering up all of your personal space and pulling it close to your physical body.

Bringing you into the here and the now.

And then now bring your awareness to your feet.

And pull the energy of the earth into your feet.

Move the energy of stability,

Grounding,

Nourishment,

All of creation and the act of manifestation.

Pull this energy up your leg,

Into your torso,

Coming into your heart center.

Embodying the qualities of the earth.

And then now bring your awareness to the top of your head,

To your crown.

And allow your crown chakra to open,

Bows and petals lotus to unfurl.

And on your next inhale,

Pull in the energy of the stars,

The cosmos.

The energy of the stars are the unlimited possibility,

The potential of what is yet to come.

The creative driving force behind creation.

The mysteries and the magic of the universe,

The sense of wonder.

Pull in the energy of the stars into your crown,

The magic of the universe.

Filling your head,

Your throat and coming into your heart.

Merging and blending with the energy of the earth.

And your own personal energy.

Have the awareness that you are of the earth and you are of the stars.

You are the physical manifestation of the light of the heavens and the light of the earth.

And say the following words to yourself,

The soul mantra,

Which is a recognition of your unique expression of divinity.

I am the soul.

I am the spirit.

I am the light divine.

I am love.

I am world.

I am fixed design.

Reiki continues to fill the air around you.

And as you breathe in,

The light within you wakes up and is revealed to you.

And as you breathe in,

You breathe in the light of Reiki.

Allow Reiki to awaken,

To reveal the light within you.

Breathe in the power of divine love.

The power of the divine mind.

The power of the divine heart.

Breathe in the power of the diviner and the light of God.

And take a moment to invite all of the illuminated beings you would like to be present.

The God of your own understanding,

Divine father,

Divine mother,

Our brothers and sisters of the light,

The ascended masters,

The archangels,

The healing angels,

And all of those beings from the third heaven to the highest heaven,

As well as your own individual guide.

We ask you for your divine assistance,

Guidance,

Healing and empowerment.

And before you is a rainbow bridge filled with the light of Reiki.

And this bridge leads over the river of light.

This bridge contains every color of the rainbow.

As you walk on to it,

You pass over the shimmering glowing,

Sparkling red,

Orange,

Yellow,

Green,

Blue,

Indigo,

Purple,

And gold.

And as you stop off in the bridge,

There is a beautiful field full of grasses and plants and flowers before you.

Taking the cataliscope of color,

Shapes,

And scents around you.

The beauty of creation,

This field of flowers.

And as you walk through the field,

He could see if he was drawn to a flower that is yours in this moment in time.

Looking at this flower,

What do you see?

What do you sense?

What state of bloom is a flower in?

Is it a bud in the early stages of potentiality of what is yet to come?

Is it in its full glory blooming?

Or is it a dying flower at the completion of its life cycle where the leaves and bud are shriveling up and about to release the seeds back into the earth,

Only to be reborn once more in a new cycle yet to come?

Look at the flower.

What color is it?

Bring the flower up to your nose and smile.

Does the flower have a message for you?

How does a flower make you feel?

These messages can come in words,

Images,

Sounds,

Impressions,

And feelings.

Everything is information,

Whether or not you realize it.

Flowers are the light of the earth,

The earth's energy of stability and grounding and nourishment,

Blossoming with the power and the light of the heavens,

Allowing them to become the fall before the magic and wonder of the stars,

Expressing the potentialities and possibilities of creation.

Flowers are the light of the earth and the light of the flowers rising through you.

Build your body and your breath.

Your body is made of the earth.

Your body gives you your life force,

Your spirit,

Your breath,

And life.

Your body is the treasure house of your great shining light.

Your pure human spirit is revealed.

The light of the flowers,

The light of God fills the air that you breathe and flows in and reveals the light of the flowers,

The light of God within you.

Your divine spirit is revealed.

Your divine spirit and your human spirit unify in your breath.

Look and feel the flowers surrounding you,

The kadala scope of colors and sense of all the colors of the rainbow.

And bringing your attention back to the flowers that you have picked once more.

And take a moment to absorb,

To feel,

To sense,

To see the images,

The impressions and message that this flower has for you in this moment in time.

Red,

Orange,

Yellow,

Green,

Blue,

Indigo,

Purple,

And gold.

The light of creation growing and blooming and fading in the same rhythm as your own spirit.

The light of creation,

The light of the flower,

And the light of your body are one light within you.

Your divine nature is present in your human nature.

You remember your beautiful spirit,

Your life force is here in your life in this moment in time.

The light of the divine heart fills your breath.

And as you breathe in,

You breathe in the power,

The divine heart.

And the divine heart within you wakes up and the light of your heart is revealed.

Your heart's light shines out in front of you on each side,

Behind you,

Above you,

Below you,

And within you.

This is your divine presence.

And as you see your divine presence,

You see it in everything around you.

Love is all there is,

And love is all there ever will be.

Say to yourself,

I am unconditional love.

All that I give is unconditional love.

And all that I receive is unconditional love.

And love is who you are at the core of your being.

And now you will send reiki and unconditional love to the earth.

Bring your hands up into Gassho to gather your heart center and connect with the divine love of reiki,

The vibration of unconditional love.

And face your hands forward and visualize a small earth in front of you,

A small blue-green ball floating in space,

Floating in the vastness of the other expanding universe.

This is our home,

Gaia,

Mother Earth.

Allow reiki and unconditional love to go wherever it is wanted and wherever it is needed.

Allow the earth to be infused with love and light.

And now place your hands in your heart center and allow yourself to receive the light of reiki.

The power of divine love fills your breath and is revealed at the core of your being.

The power of the divine mind fills your breath and is revealed at the core of your consciousness.

The power of the divine heart fills your breath and is revealed in the light of your own heart.

The power of the divine earth fills your breath and is revealed in your body.

The power of God fills your breath and the power of God is revealed in you.

The power of the universe fills your breath and the power of the universe is revealed in you.

The power of the Holy Spirit is revealed in you.

Look into your heart and say thank you to you.

Take this time to notice how deeply you love,

How deeply you care.

We say thank you to the illuminated being,

The God of your own understanding,

Divine father,

Divine mother,

The angels and the enlightened one who have joined us.

And thank you to the teachers who have come before us and those who will come after.

And take a moment to recognize the divine in ourselves and in everyone around you and connected to you.
