Reiki Meditation: Full Moon In Libra April 2022
Please enjoy a guided imagery meditation honoring the Full Moon in Libra for April 16th, 2022 led by Jerry Mikutis. The meditation is infused with Reiki. The power of the Full Moon lies in her light. It is this illumination that reveals what no longer serves us so we can release. This creates space for what we wish to bring into our lives. Just go ahead and make yourself comfortable.
You can be seated,
You can be lying down,
Whatever allows you to be in a receptive state.
Just go ahead and close your eyes and settling into your body and inviting a sense of relaxation throughout your entire being.
And the light of your teeth fills the air that you breathe.
Your breath fills your body with the light.
And as you breathe in the light,
The light within you wakes up.
The light within you is revealed.
And take a moment to connect with everyone here today through the power of distance reiki and the spirit of technology that allows us to meet wherever we are in the world and whenever for those who are listening later.
Connect in our sacred circle,
Hand to hand,
Heart to heart,
Mind to mind,
Soul to soul,
And spirit to spirit.
And then on your next inhale,
Bringing your awareness to your personal space,
Your aura.
This is part of who you are but extends beyond your physical body.
Notice the space that your aura fills.
And then from here,
On your next inhale,
Pull your aura close to you.
It pulls your energy into your physical body,
Into the here and the now.
And seeing your own personal light becoming brighter and brighter as you're gathering up all of your energy.
And connecting to the great invocation.
From the point of light within the mind of God,
Let light stream forth into our mind.
Let light descend on Earth.
From the point of love within the heart of God,
Let love stream forth into our hearts.
May love increase on Earth.
From the center where the will of God is known,
Let purpose guide our world.
Let purpose which the masters know and serve.
From the center which we call humanity.
Let the plan of love and light work out.
And may a seal of the door where ye will dwell.
Let light and love and power restore the plan on Earth.

And bring your awareness back to your aura,
Your personal energy.
And while you're keeping your energy close to you,
But expand your awareness to be slightly beyond,
A little further and sense the universal life force that surrounds you.
This is the energy that enlivens all living things.
The Earth,
Gaia,
The plants,
The animals,
The water,
The air,
As well as all of humanity.
This is the energy that reiki rides along.
Divine life force energy.
And as you breathe in,
You breathe in the light of reiki.
Inviting reiki to awaken,
To inspire the light,
The vitality within you.
The light of reiki fills the space around you.
And as you breathe in,
The light of reiki flows in on your breath and fills your body.
You receive and acknowledge the light.
And as you breathe in,
The light within you wakes up and is revealed to you.
Say the following words to yourself,
The soul mantra.
I am the soul.
I am the spirit.
I am the light divine.
I am love.
I am world.
I am fixed design.
Let us invite any illuminated divine beings you would like to be present.
The God of your own understanding.
Divine Father,
Divine Mother.
The brothers and sisters of the light.
The ascended masters,
The archangels,
The healing angels.
The collective of the ancestors that we descend from.
And the descendants that are yet to come.
And all of the beings from the third heaven to the highest heaven.
As well as our own individual spirit guide.
We ask the collective for their divine assistance,
Guidance,
Healing and empowerment.
And we are here today to honor the cycles of the moon and the sun.
The full moon.
The sun is the brightest star in the sky.
This light fills our days with brilliant blinding light.
The sun is our physical expression in the world.
The moon is the hidden aspect of ourselves.
That which is not easily seen,
Our inner world,
Our emotions,
Our intuition.
These celestial beings radiate tremendous power.
That in turn influences the light,
The waters on earth,
The tide,
The waters of our own body.
They guide the cycles of the earth,
The emotions,
All that is fluid.
Full moons give us the space to align with our true nature.
They are full of mystery and magic,
Revealing what is normally hidden.
And today we call in the power of the full moon to allow us to release anything that is no longer serving us.
What is it that is not allowing you to move forward in the cycle you're in?
To release anything that prevents your full light from being revealed.
Today we make room to manifest our dreams,
Our goals,
Our hopes,
All our wishes all in the next cycle.

The sun is what gives us energy and vitality.

Is ambition,
Strong will and is highly spirited.

Is aligned with the individual self,
Expressing its true nature.
On the opposite side of the zodiac,
The moon is in Libra,
Studying the emotional tone of the moment.
Libra is harmony,
Justice and fluid relationships.
Libra is the seventh sign of the zodiac,
Cardinalia.
The balance between the outer and inner world.
And harmonious relationships becoming aware of the needs of others.
Treating all with fairness,
Idealistic and diplomatic.
Libra is represented by a woman wearing a blindfold,
Holding the scales of justice.
With her eyes covered,
She doesn't see the outer world,
But rather relies on her own inner sight and intuition to seek out divine justice and order.
Libra is aligned with Venus,
A planet of harmony and beauty.
This is a time of enhanced connection and harmony within relationships.
Libra is the point of balance between the outer and form,
The place where neither spirit nor matter dominates.
Along the constellations,
Libra lies in between the stars of Virgo and Scorpio,
The two signs of conflict.
In Virgo,
The moon,
The full moon that had just passed,
Is bringing spirit into matter.
And the challenge of Scorpio is to transform and raise matter into spirit.
And between these two signs is Libra,
Holding space as an interlude,
A moment to pause.
Libra encourages us to rest,
Balance and recharge our energies in preparation for the work ahead.
The challenge of this full moon lies within the tension of the Aries sun,
Or the fiercely independent individual cell.
Within the Libra moon of harmony,
Balance and relations with others.
The power of the full moon lies in her light.
It is in this illumination,
The reflection from the sun,
That reveals what no longer serves us.
It shows us what we need to believe,
Creating the space for what we wish to bring into our lives.
And as we reflect on within the struggle of the Libra moon of harmony and collaboration,
Within the Aries sun of the individual,
In direct action,
Ask yourself,
What should I know about any imbalances in my life?
How may I relate more meaningfully with others?
How do I attract more beauty to me,
Remembering Libra is associated with Vener,
A planet of beauty and harmony?
And today we honor the light within and surrounding us,
Breathing in the light of the moon and the light of Reiki,
And the light of the Earth,
The light within you is revealed.
And now we will send Reiki and unconditional love to the Earth.
Bring your hands into Gasha and connect with the divine love of Reiki and the frequency of unconditional love.
And then now face your hands forward and visualize a small earth in front of you,
A small blue-green ball floating in space.
This is our home,
The spirit of the Earth,
Gaia.
Allow Reiki and unconditional love to go wherever it is wanted and wherever it is needed.
Allow the Earth to be infused with love and light.

Whether alive in this present moment or listening later.
We say thank you to the ancestors,
Your own individual family lineage,
As well as a collective of humanity since the dawn of time.
This body,
This lifetime is the evidence of the love of the thousands.
You are the light of the heaven and the light of the earth.
You carry the light of the ancestors within you.
As well as the seed of the descendants yet to come.
Together we say thank you to the divine being,
The illuminated one.
You have joined us.
We thank you for your divine guidance,
Healing and empowerment.
Placing your hands and gasha once more,
Two hands together.
And raising your hands to your crown and with gratitude.
Luring your hands down to your third eye,
The center of your forehead and with respect.
And lowering your hand to your heart center and with love,
In both the Soviet.
And you can continue to be in your meditation journey as long as you would like.
And whenever your body to come back,
Just slowly deepening your inhale,
Lengthening your exhale.
No hurry,
No rush to come back,
But just at that calm space whenever you're ready.
