Hello,
I'm Jared Wessler,
And this is my daily gratitude.
Give me about five minutes,
And I'll guide you through.
Gratitude is an essential practice for me,
But it's not always easy.
That's why I'm here to lead us in some.
So before we begin,
Let's go ahead and take one giant,
Deep breath and hold it at the top.
Okay,
Here we go.
Big breath,
Big breath,
And hold it.
Hold it for a moment,
And then let it out with a,
Ah.
Shake out anything that feels tight.
I love the way a giant breath feels.
And as the music comes around,
Let's sing our chorus.
Here we go.
And again.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
Today,
I am grateful for movement.
Movement in our bodies.
They say movement is medicine,
And I know it's true.
I know some of you listening have well-established movement practices,
And some of you don't and are wondering potentially what to do.
And I get it.
Movement isn't always easy.
I've had illnesses and major injuries that have made it hard to come back into a movement practice.
But movement can be as simple as rolling your shoulders,
Giving a giant stretch,
And just moving your body and feeling into it in a gentle,
Gentle way.
It's always a great place to start.
And so to the movement of our bodies today,
I sing.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
One more time.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
So remember to be grateful for your body today,
And the movement that it provides,
Even if it's not easy.
Remember,
Just tiny little movements can add up to so much of a release of feeling.
And it just makes me want to sing.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
One last time.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
As always,
I am grateful for your willing heart,
And for you being here today.
Thank you.
