Welcome,

Friend.

Breathe.

Know that you are breathing.

As you're giving this time to yourself,

You may become comfortable.

Find the position of relaxation.

And as you're settling in,

You may begin to take deeper breaths than you were before.

You may become aware of your breath speed.

And aware as you exhale,

Now that your body is more comfortable,

We are prepared to become clear.

You are ready.

Breathe.

Now,

Inhale deeply.

And exhale completely.

Inhale to the top.

And exhale to the bottom.

Clarity.

You may already know what you want to become clear on.

As you continue to be aware of every inhale and every exhale.

Clarity may begin to present itself.

As your thoughts come,

Let them be.

Let them go where they want.

As you continue to know that you are breathing in and you are breathing out.

Clarity will become you.

It may now be flowing to you where you are desiring it.

To become clear,

Simply let go with your breath.

As your body continues to calm,

To let itself go,

You are making room.

You are making a place within you for clarity to become you.

To become your thoughts.

Pieces,

Fragments flow to you of clarity.

You may already begin to feel,

Begin to experience.

Better understanding,

Better direction.

As your body continues to calm itself,

As your mind is letting go,

As your mind is letting go,

As letting go and you surrender to flowing clarity into your thoughts or good.

You may already know what it is.

You may already have a fragment,

Build,

Continue,

Surrender your thoughts,

Surrender your muscle,

Your body.

Breathe into your body.

Exhale.

As you move forward,

Your day may continue to bring you pieces of clarity,

May flow to you at any time.

And if you'd like,

You may choose to go and receive your clarity,

Returning to your breath,

Returning to your surrender,

Returning to you.
