Now stay here.

And let's bring you to the place.

You're already beginning to go there.

You're already beginning to slow down.

Your thoughts are beginning to slow.

And we're going to move that even more quickly than you have already.

I need you to take a deep breath through your nose all the way in,

All the way in.

And slowly exhale it.

Slowly exhale it.

Once you get to the end,

Begin to push and press that breath out.

Completely emptying your lungs.

And let another nice slow breath in.

Easy this time.

Easy exhale.

As naturally as it comes.

And you may notice that you've already began to calm further than you were before.

Your breathing is slow.

Your mind is calming.

And you can come back here at any time.

You can become calm.

Become relaxed.

In any moment.

That quickly.

You have the choice.

You made this choice.

And it was good.

This was amazing. It put me right at ease during a very anxious moment this AM. Your voice was slow and calming and the exercise itself was so helpful. I like how this can be used for emergency grounding but also as a way to center oneself in general. As I mentioned in another review, being a creative soul here on Insight Timer, being calm is so important to creative flow. This track has the ability to stop an anxiety or panic attack but also just to get centered and focused. So thank you so much for sharing it. I now have it bookmarked. Namaste!
