Sleep is a state of mind, restorative and healing. Fall asleep quickly as I gently guide you into a hypnotic relaxation. Easily preparing your mind and body to rest. As your mind relaxes in union with your body, both will begin to let go. Let go. Sleep.

Welcome.

As you begin to relax,

You may begin also to focus on your breathing,

Letting go of your day.

Letting go will allow you to prepare to sleep.

As you begin to relax more than you were before,

Continue to realize your breath.

You may notice it has already begun to slow down.

You may notice your mind is clearing and relaxing.

As your mind continues to relax further still,

Your body may follow.

You may want to relax your entire body,

Beginning with your jaw.

Letting that relaxation to your eyes and letting that melt around the rest of your face.

As you inhale,

With your next exhale,

The relaxation can flow through your neck,

Into the back of your neck,

The back of your shoulders.

Quickly letting go,

Finding a looseness to your body,

Continuing to allow the relaxation to flow down the front of your chest,

Into your arms,

And through your fingers,

Completely letting go,

While your thoughts may now be only on your breath.

Your mind has calmed and your body is following all the way,

Relaxing your lower back,

Into your hips,

Breathing slower still than you were before.

And your legs to loosen,

Your knees to find comfort.

And as that relaxation continues down into your calf,

Into your ankles,

You will notice that you are becoming mind and body relaxed.

Now while your feet become relaxed and join the rest of your body,

Breathe,

Breathe bigger and deeper,

Allowing the breath to bring relaxation to every part of your body,

Calming it,

Preparing it for sleep,

For rest,

For recovery.

Now with a clear mind and a relaxed body,

You may begin to let go.

Breathing may go on autopilot.

Your mind may remain clear as your entire body continues to melt deeper into your bed.

Continue letting go.

As your body falls deeper into relaxation,

Your mind will do the same.

And now that you are here,

You may begin to go.

You may begin to go to sleep,

To rest.

Feel your body here still,

Completely relaxed.

You may find you are in a place of calmness that you have not known before.

This moment is peace.

It is complete rest.

And as you let go,

You may stay at rest.

Your body may relax until the time you have chosen.

And your breath will continue to keep you where you are,

Completely in rest.
