Rather than focusing on just the breath, you'll move through each sense one by one, cultivating curiosity and present-moment awareness of your full sensory experience. This is a great practice for beginners learning the foundations of mindfulness, or for experienced meditators wanting to deepen their awareness of how the mind and senses work together.
